The Ramada Albuquerque is conveniently located minutes from all that Albuquerque has to offer. All the sleeping rooms are larger than standard rooms and 100 percent smoke free. The hotel also has over 5000 square feet of conference facilities and two on-site restaurants - Sadies Restaurant and Lounge and the Owl Cafe. The newly remodeled Ramada Hotel offers a great lodging value with great amenities that include a large heated outdoor pool with a hot tub, complimentary hot and cold breakfast buffet, 24-hour guest fitness center, free wireless internet, 24-hour guest laundry facilities, business center, meeting, conference and banquet facilities and two regionally renowned restaurants; The Owl Cafe and Sadies Restaurant and Lounge. Our rooms are spacious and well appointed with plush top beds, large work desks and lamps. desk chairs, plenty of desk top outlets, in rooms safes, coffee and tea makers, San Francisco Soap Company bath amenities, irons and ironing and boards, hair dryers, and lush oversized towels. Several room styles have microwaves and mini fridge as well sleeper sofas. We are a pet friendly hotel so your pet is welcome with a one time 10.00 fee per stay. Our complimentary airport/area shuttle service is also available daily from 7 am to 10 pm by contacting our Guest Service desk.

Good for sleep, Sadie's was great

Site chosen for location, halls seemed dark and dingy, carpet due for overhaul. Handicap room set up was good, and much appreciated. Sadie's is on the premises, food is authentic New Mexico with huge portions of quality food and an attentive staff.

Close and comfy

This hotel seems to have just been acquired by Ramada. The fixtures and furnishings seemed brand new as of October 2011. The free airport shuttle ends at 10pm, so we paid $35 for a taxi from the airport. Within close walking distance is a Target, Panda Express, 2 gas stations, Sadie's Mexican restaurant, and the Owl Cafe. A park and tennis court are also within walking distance. In a car, the hotel is about 15 minutes from Old Town, explora, museums etc. The breakfast buffet is pretty standard, vegetarians beware as the yogurt contains gelatin and the eggs have meat in them. The pool was very clean and well kept.

Great Getaway Trip

Service at this location was great, the only problem we had was getting some towels. We went for the Balloon Fiesta, also to visit more of Albuquerque. This is the fourth time we visit. This last trip was a lot better than the one before.

x country trip

Disappointing all around. Stained carpets, broken toilet cover, bug on the bed (not a bed bug, we checked!) Substandard breakfast.

Exceptional service....for a great price

We stayed a couple nights in late Oct. and the price was very reasonable. Included was a free shuttle to airport and back, which is considerable savings. Also hot continental breakfast was good as well. Room was spacious and clean as well pool and hot tub! Would highly recommend!!! Service was outstanding!

Balloon Fiesta get away

The hotel was suitable for our stay, really did not spend too much time in the room.

The good and the bad

We were only there for the night. hotel was old but clean. Good helpful staff but very bad floor plan and had the old hotel smell.

Owl cafe was great food. Tram to Sandia Peak was very interesting & beautiful scenery. Really enjoyed Old Town & all of this was close. The airport was close by & easy to get to.Great shopping 2mi. down the freeway.
