Sleep Inn Airport

Due to the death of a family member, there wasn't time to research local hotels and their amenities. This one seemed to meet my criteria. It was close to the airport, had free wi-fi, free breakfast and a hot tub. It did indeed have all of that. However, the hot tub was closed for maintenance for most of my stay and the breakfast never varied (I was tempted to poke a hole in one of the apples just to see if I could identify it all week long). On the other hand, the staff was genuinely nice, the hotel was clean (no bedbugs, a big plus), I had a fridge and microwave in my room and I didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms. All in all, I'd be willing to stay there again. I'd just go out for breakfast.

I was left waiting for 25 minutes outside the airport in freezing night weather for the shuttle to pick me up. Also in the room the bathroom light was burned out.

This is a very budget hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for families. Our room was dirty (hair all over bathroom and beds) and the entire first floor smelled bad. I have stayed at Motel 6's that were much nicer than this hotel. Additionally, the staff was very unfriendly. I was very displeased with my stay considering the price of the room, but we were there during balloon fiesta.

It's amazing that they can still offer such service and amenities at a fantastic price these days. Even the details are still taken care of. I have stayed in more expensive hotels, but they don't offer better. I have stayed here before and am now a confirmed return customer. Since I am generally just a pass-thru for the airport, it's perfect for distance, shuttle availability, breakfast. No having to catch some 'food' at the airport. The hotel is showing the strain of the times, but they work real hard to do their best. Thanks guys.

I had a cancelled flight and I found this hotel. Good service. Good breakfast. Quick stay. Free internet was easy to hook up to.

As I always arrive after three long flights, exhausted, it was a pleasure to find such a nice motel with a nice breakfast and at a great price! That's a first.

The shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Overall the experience was flat. PROS: The counter staff upon arrival was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, no spots or stains that we could see, no pests/rodents/bugs, and towels/linens were clean. Good coffee in the morning. CONS: The hotel itself was very outdated. The hot tub was out of service and the temperature of the lobby was very hot. The room itself, along with the electronics (ie. TV, coffeemaker, etc.), were also in desperate need of updating. No DVD player in the room.
