Quality Inn & Suites Las Cruces

Not too exciting...this hotel seems to need a lot of help. The first room assigned did not have a working toilet. The second room assigned did not have a working tub. Overall, the bargain price was not too much of a bargain. If you are there for just a night maybe....but, if you are going to stay a while don't stay here.

Our stay was local to where we live, just wanted to get away from home for a nice quiet evening. Our stay was nice and quiet. It would have been nice if the hot tub had some water in in. The pool was full and pretty but it was too cold to swim. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The only problem we had was the clog in the sink. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Booked a non-smoking hotel room while driving through the area on a road trip. Upon entering the room, it smelled like an ash tray and was clearly a smoking room. The front desk agent very rudely informed me that non-smoking is only a request and not a guarantee. He would not change my room or provide a refund for another hotel. [...] we stayed at the Days Inn down the street in a very clean non-smoking room.

Clean and comfortable bed. A few gripes: Not enough towels, bedside lamp was broken, tissue box was empty and the main thing was the knock on the door by the maid in the morning wanting to clean the room before we were ready to check out. The do not disturb sign was displayed. Guess that does not mean much at this hotel! But the room was pretty nice and had a good TV.

The only good thing in this hotel was the bed - clean and really nice. Everything else - under my expectations. They charged me USD 10.00 more because I was in a "non-smoking" room!!! Also, there is a RR just "under your window". All night long I was hearing the signals (very long signals up to 2-3 min.) of the passing trains. And they were more than five that night... Also, slow speed WiFi.

pros: The room was clean. It was quiet and the room had a great air conditioner. It's a great place to sleep. The pool and pool area were small and nice. Cons: The wifi didn't work. This is typical of small hotels, there are just too many people trying to use the service. I always bring an ethernet cable, that got me connected, but it was slow, once again too many people using the same bandwidth to the internet. The breakfast was small and there weren't many options. Overall it was a good for the price. I will stay there again if I am traveling through.

The Hotel staff were efficient and the room quite spacious we had pets and we had no problem with that. the sheets were fresh and clean. Bedding comfy and bathroom spotless. No complaints.
