Great place
Hotel was newly renovated, and was much nicer then I expected. Nice and clean everything. I would definitely say for the price it has to be one of the better places to stay in Roswell. I will definitely be staying there again.

The motel appeared to be at the very tail end of a thorough remodel - new carpeting, fresh paint, new furniture in the room, modern TVs, new bathroom fixtures. The room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. The only concern I had with respect to a return visit is that I saw a lot of guests with dogs, and I do hope that there are specific rooms in which pets are allowed and that I am automatically assigned a room that has not had pets staying in it.

Not the best choice.
The first room I was given, was really dirty- the bathroom towels werent even washed. I asked to be placed in a different room, which was a little better. I was happy the towels were atleast clean. But it was also disappointing that the shuttle wasnt in service, which the site says it is. I needed to call a taxi to the airport instead. We also were unable to use the pool at all on saturday because a wedding had booked the area out. So we paid for a lot of services that we were unable to use.

Another night
Rear of hotel bordered not-so-nice area yet was not well lit. Side door into interior corridor was broken and would not close completely - security risk. On the plus side, rooms were clean and staff was quite nice.

Good - not great
[...] Best hotel for the money in Roswell @ $74. Fairfield, Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn are new. But I did not need them, traveling alone and bow hunting. This hotel was fine, clean but not spotless. Definitely in need of an redo

Warning, do not book here.
Not very pleasant. The tub leaked and so the room smelled like wet carpet. There was not enough food in the buffet area when we came down for breakfast. The air conditioner was loud and scary.

The worst hotel stay ever
This is the worst hotel stay ever. We were informed this hotel had a sofabed in the king suite we requested and it did not. We the requested cots but maintenance was gone for the day. We then requested another room and they only had double queen beds and we needed a king bed. I called orbitz to find us another hotel and after about 1 hour of being on hold we gave up and decided to stay there. We were about to go to sleep in very cramped beds when my husband cut himself on something that was sticking out of the bed. We looked to see what it was and the bed was broken. We then called to get another room which they finally gave us and in not a very friendly manner. I slept on a chair they had in the room and my husband on the bed because we just did not fit on the bed. The wi fi was not working either. To top things off we are being charged twice, once by the hotel and another by orbitz. We want to be reimbursed and the extra charge removed.
