Convenient to highway

They describe themselves as a boutique hotel. Maybe a boutique motel is accurate. It's off the highway which was convenient but the hotel itself is ordinary. Can't recommend it.

Inn at Santa FE

This hotel was very quiet although the bedding was not very comfortable. They advertise King beds although they do not have them in any of the rooms. The breakfast was nice. They do not have any task lighting, it is all overhead so there is not a comfortable way to watch TV or read in the evening. The bathroom is small with only a shower. The pool and hot tub are small but the fireplace in the evenings is nice. This hotel is not close to the Plaza and requires around a 15 minute drive because of traffic.

Parking around the Plaza is hectic. There are a few areas that are free. Ask at the Visitor's Center downtown for info as they give you great tips for a pleasant trip.

Not for the Price

While the staff was friendly, the fitness center was a huge disappointment. Unairconditioned, less than adequate space and equipment. The equipment they did have was non-working or significantly wornout. The rooms were not well maintained. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The a/c worked and the breakfast was bearable.

Head to Chocolate Maven Bakery for a Brunch. Enjoy a great meal that may be a bit pricey but well worth the cost.

Inn at Sante Fe

The Inn is a little ways out of town, but not a bad drive really. Worth the difference in price compared to downtown hotels. Decent (not great) breakfast. Daily drink comp. Was really good for what we wanted.

Inn at Santa Fe

Right off the highway and on a main street into Santa Fe. It's about 15 minutes away from the center of Santa Fe, but there is lots around the hotel, including an outlet mall next door! We were there on July 4th and there were at least 12 fireworks displays going on. Beautiful city, nice hotel. Great breakfast!!!

Good value for the stay

It was easy to find parking around the historic plaza. We were able to get around easily without staying at the more expensive hotel by the plaza.

Worth the savings

Hotel was clean and secure including the parking area. This particular stay reflected a certain popularity with the elderly. Rooms very clean, comfortable and well equiped. (Leaving a gratuity daily for houskeeping never hurts!) Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, however the demanding & mostly rude tourist crowd often overwhelmed the staff and their capacity to keep up with food consumption. The dining area was a little cramped resulting in folks wondering to the pool, a conferrance room or back to their own room to eat. Counter personnel were not real familiar with what's going on, or nearby dining options depending on who you spoke with. Outlet Mall & The Santa Fe Chamber right next door. Great price compared to most accomodations in the Santa Fe area but a little bit of a haul (driving) to the main plaza, dining, art & museum districts of downtown Santa Fe. Would have been nice to have a cocktail lounge on site or at least a happy hour with bevs and snacks in the afternoons like so many similar properties are now providing.

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

Great deals abound at the newest location for the Santa Fe Flea Market, a few short minutes south of the hotel at the race track. First opened at this location for Memorial Day weekend 2010, so the word's just getting out there.

Good Hotel

We reserved a King size bed through [...] but the hotel ran out of king size bed room at the time of check-in. We ended up getting queen size room but the front desk staff upgraded us to a bigger room. The room was equipped with microwave and fridge. Hot breakfasts in the morning was really good!
