Doesn't get any better for a basic hotel
Couldn't have aske for more from a 2-star hotel. Room was very clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were VERY friendly and helpful. I've paid a lot more for a lot less in the past, and was very happy with my stay.

Short drive from hotel
Check out downtown Santa Fe for a great place to walk around, shop, or eat. The Pueblo-style buildings are really worth seeing.

I would not stay here again
The bed was dirty, nothing in the room worked, The TV shuts off every 60 minutes and you have to get up and manually restart it. the staff ignored me when I had problems. I would pay double not to stay here again.

Awesone Getaway
The Hotel was centrally located to ALL the major sites in Santa Fe. Our room had a magnificent view of the mountains around Santa Fe.

There is a great Mexican restaurant located a short drive from the hotel.It serves all meals,and is reasonably priced.

Pleasant, adequate accommodations
Accommodations were adequate for the price and the breakfast was excellent. The desk staff did their jobs, but were not overly friendly or helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like a convenient location, cleanliness and value for the price, but the staff really needs to work on its customer service skills.

Our daughter is 1.5ys old and we reserved a crib. But it was very hard to convince the guy at the front desk to give us a crib. Wireless was not working in the room, only in the common area. Everything else was fine.

Every thing was nice. We prefer to have a queen size bed rather than a full size bed.

Great price but REALLY basic
This motel is very well priced at less than $50 a night. However, the furnishings and linens were quite worn. There is no pool or hot tub, and the fitness room has only a treadmill and minimal Nautilus-type equipment. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful.There are numerous places to eat nearby and a Walgreen's about a block away. It is about 8 miles from the Plaza/downtown area. The hot breakfast that comes with the price of room rental consists of biscuits and gravy and sausage, along with cereal, juices and breads. It would have been great to have a mini-refrigerator and microwave. Also, the television is Direct TV and did not get any major network channels (like local TV stations.) That was annoying.

If you are staying here rent a car if possible. There is only one taxi service in Santa Fe and the ride downtown costs about $23 with tip. Bus service is good but slow, taking about a half hour to get to the Plaza.

The virtual tour of the inside lobby of this hotel got my attention; the reality of it realized and I was pleased. The agents at the desk were helpful and friendly. The 24 Hr coffee was a plus! I'll go back to that Hotel any time.
