From the moment a guest steps into the Kachina Lodge with its fine paintings and inviting southwest decor, there is a sense of serene New Mexico Enchantment. All rooms are tastefully decorated southwestern style and are spacious and comfortable. You can choose from King or Queen beds. Every room and suite is arranged around a quiet open lawn with ample secure parking. Most rooms have scenic mountain views and front door parking. The hotel also provides free breakfast. Please note, lounge and restaurant closed Sunday and Monday. Refrigerators and microwaves in-room are available upon request for an additional charge.

Vacation

Rooms need updating. Electrical outlets in bathroom did not work including hairdryer outlet. Great location and good included full breakfast.

Dissapointed

First night had to go to office to pick up TP. Second night had to go to office to pick up towels, third night back to office to pick up more TP. The room was not very well equiped with the things that were needed to make a stay comfortable.

Avoid

The pictures on the web must be from 20-30 years ago. The ambience is nothing like what the pictures suggest, and the room we were given was night and day different. The room we were given was wholly unacceptable ... smelly, dusty, dirty carpets, poor amenities, etc. The hotel is obviously in a downward spiral and in a general state of disrepair. It's in a great location, and likely has a proud history, but needs a lot of TLC to come back up to acceptable standards.
