poor customer service
The rooms where ok customer service was poor we stayed there 3 nights on the last day of the stay after my step daughter finished her all star softball game the coach wanted to let them swim we went back to the hotel and were told because we had checked out not much earlier that we could not swim. There people that sit you for breakfast don't understand the concept of a line and pull who they want when they want. I would not staying there and looking for somewhere else

Four day ski trip to Taos. Hotel was clean. Free hot breakfast in a.m. Free soup in p.m. Employees were all very nice, helpful. Is on the main drag there in Taos. All the shopping and restraunt's aren't more than a few miles away. Good room for the location and price.

Was somewhat disappointed on arrival. Room was clean, but entire fcaility was showing its age. Had stayed in a much nicer hotel the previous night at the same price. The way free breakfast was handled was generous, but didn't really work for us. My wife is a late riser and having to order a full breakfast and eat it in the dining room just didn't work for us. Otherwise we were reasonably comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Taos.

Quality Inn, Taos
We checked in and went to the room which was as far a way from the desk as possible in a low occupancy hotel. 1st thing we noticed was the lack of secure enterances, walk-right in! 2nd thing was the stale smell of smoke in the hallways. Third was less than clean carpet in the very small vanity area (didn't want to take off our shoes here). Finally there was the low suspended accoustic ceilings. We're out of here! The staff was very pleasant and cancelled our stay without question. Much appreciated. Overall this is a tired facility that needs to be updated.

Great place to stay!
I thought this place was great, especially for the price! The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was WAY more than donuts and bagels, and it was just a few miles from the center of town. I'd definitely recommend it!

Great room and good service
We were happily surprised with the large clean room that had two entrances, and the complete free breakfast at the hotel restaurant every morning. We would have liked to be charged just once for our dog, not for every night of the stay, but that would be my only complaint!
