Fiesta Henderson Station Casino

This place has a nice pool / spa area that was open until 11pm. The room was clean and everything worked. The walls are thin but was not a problem for me. A dinner buffet was offered for around $7. I found the items fair to very good for my taste. Comfortable and enjoyable thus I can recommend.

The hotel experience was okay. There was no free shuttle unlike what the agent said, so I ended up spending $40-$50 to go to vegas. It cost me over $100 just to take the cab. I am also upset how far Henderson was from Vegas. I was in the wrong city the whole time.

We were greeted with a $100 deposit which I have not ever encountered she did let me give $50. I had been in Las Vegas in Aug. and stated near the strip did not have to put a deposit. Then given a room that had not been cleaned. When I went down to tell them I asked for a discount and was told they couldn't do this. They gave us another room it was clean. I stayed one night went to get my deposit the next morning and they taxed me for holding my deposit I rec it we did not use internet, we did not but a movie, we did not even read the paper I got back $38 of my deposit back not good. Worst experience, will never stay again when I asked if I could speak to anyone, they just said nothing they could do for me. I picked this hotel because of the reviews.

Overall, The service is just so so. However, The WiFi access is the worst as ever I have experienced. As the leased time of IP address assigned by DHCP server is too short, the connection is lost within 5 min. and I can not connect internet again. It happens for 3 days...... Forget to connect internet in hotel. If you should use internet, You have to use the pay PC in the lobby. Don't expect the pay PC is fast.....

I requested a non smoking room which I got except the room next to mine was a smoking room. The opening below the adjoining room door allowed smoke to enter my room. Had to use a towel to help stop the smoke and oder. I stayed on the tenth floor and every time I got off the elevator I noticed a ripped piece of wall paper witch was rather large. It look like some one had torn off the floor number. And the bathroom wall paper need to be fixed also. Other than the items above the staff were friendly and hotel was clean.

Attended Granddaughter's wedding, they had no problem with her staying the night before her wedding with no charge. I did wish they would of had a coffee maker in the room. The beds were good, clean bathroom it wasn't the Hilton but neither was the rate!

Filthy room, moved to different room, dogs barking all night next door, moved again..3 rooms..not a clean place. No offer to give us better room.

Stayed here while visiting our son who lives in Henderson. Third trip to Vegas, first time off the strip. We were looking for value and got it. Pool and room were small but fine for the money. Good buffet but not much varity, same food 3 different nights. I do wish Vages would get on the no smoking bandwagon. This casino had 12 slots marked no smoking but they were not isolated. I had to leave machines or just quit playing when i was surrounded by smokers. Not just at the Fiesta but at all the casinos we visited.

Although this entire resort smells of cigarette smoke, our room was clean. It is extremely misleading that the $12 daily resort fee was not brought to our attention in a clearer manner from the beginning. We did not use any of the amenities that this daily charge was for, and since it was approximately 1/3 of the total cost of the room per night it was ridiculous!
