The magnificent resort attends to its guests with unspoken special touches and an impeccable service philosophy. These standards have been combined with the grandeur of the grounds and facilities. The elegant decor and accommodations, world-class cuisine and lively entertainment create an exciting experience for the senses.
Hotel will charge a hotel services / resort fee at the front desk of $24.99 plus tax. Fee covers exclusive use of Hotel and Spa facilities, In-Room Laptop Internet, Free & Unlimited Local/800 Calls, Las Vegas Review Journal (Monday - Saturday), Fitness Facility Access, Copy/Fax Services, Gift Shop Discount, Airport Shuttle Service, shoe shine service, and special coupons and promotions. Because it's now included in the services fee, there will no longer be an additional fee for internet access in the rooms.
A security deposit of $100 per day is required upon check-in. Sorry, property cannot accept cash for incidentals; a credit or debit card is required for check-in security deposit.

Great Place
My girlfriend and I wanted a spa weekend. This place was perfect! The resort fee got us into the spa for not additional cost to use the facility (treatments were purchased separately). This pool was much more relaxing and serene than the hotel pool that had music and a different atmosphere. It was a great pool also but it was nice to have the option of two different environments. I would definitely return.

Overpriced
This is a nice hotel, however the extra charge of $25 for the "spa" is a downer, since we don't use any of the spa facilities.

Very nice property,wish plans were to stay longer.
The property of very nice. All the staff were friendly and polite. The staff members seemed to go our of the way to greet and extend pleasant conversation. Stay in a room facing east, lower price and the old TV with poor reception was in need of a upgrade. The are was pleasant and relaxing. A bit of a hike to get to the lobby. I would recommend and if I were to stay again I'd pay for the pool view (west side) maybe the TV will be upgraded to a flat screen if not already available.

Fabulous for a relaxing weekend!
The staff throughout the hotel was friendly, receptive and helpful. Beautiful property with numerous amenities. Especially appreciated is the adults only pool area to relax for a quick weekend getaway. Only thing that could make the experience better is if smoking were not permitted in

Classy, off-the-strip resort/casino
Along with being an excellent (4 star) resort, it is located in the Green Valley "district" area, a charming mall of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here a great deal and plan to come back again next time we're in Las Vegas.

Great off strip vegas location
This location is very convenient to the airport. They have a shuttle to get you to the strip if you so desire. Great chain to stay with.

Great Place
One of the best hotels to stay when in Vegas. Its location is not the best if you want to stay n the City but its great for a family with plenty to of leisure activities in and around the resort. Definitely the best gym and spa in Vegas.

enjoyable place
GVR has a great pool copmplex, for adults and children. It would help if a 24 hour cafe would be availabe.

Great hotel but price gouged
I liked everything except the price gouging. I was charged 20% gratuity without any notification on all my services (food, massage, etc.). The resort fee's are added on without any option to opt out. Had a terrible experience with a very rude waitress at the Pancake House.

Got a suite for a single room price
Got to the Hotel late. My room was given away so... they put me in a 2000 square foot suite with a pool table, dinning room, 3 bathrooms and a walk in closet... no extra charge! That was just the beginning of my luck. At the $5 dollar black jack table I went up $900. It paid for my room and a day at a world class spa. Also, a $5 table allows you to stay a long time and talk to fascinating people from around the world. Green Valley Ranch was a delight. I can't remember when I had more fun. Thank you Obitz

Got the New York steak at the steak house. The best I have had in a long time.The buffet had the best eggs Benedict I have had in a long time. The house of pancakes had the best fresh squeezed OJ I have tasted.
