Amazing!
Let me start by saying that I have never been one for staying away from the strip when I go to Vegas. I feel that if I am spending the time and money to travel to Las Vegas I might as well stay on the strip. All that change the moment I walked into M Resort. The lobby is beautifully decorated with water and natural stone elements that rival most hi priced resorts. The staff is immediately at your disposal. The check in was quick and effortless. Once we exited the elevator onto our floor you are taken back again by the decor. It has an elegant aura with a sophisticated look. As you walk into the room there is a feature that I have never seen in a resort before. You insert one of the two keys given to you at check-in that will activate the rooms power. All lights automatically turn on and you are taken back by the beautiful accommodations. The amount of thought that must have gone into choosing every piece of furniture and amenities will not go unnoticed. From the built in plasma television inside the bathroom mirror to the two way glass in the bath tub allowing you to see the rooms elegance as your in the tub. The food was just as amazing as would would expect from a hi-end resort like this one anywhere in Vegas. So I wasn't to surprised . The fitness center however was the most impressive that I have experienced in a long time. Most resorts will not put too much effort into the fitness center because as you can imagine they want you on the casino floor spending your money. Not this place, the put as much detail and effort into the fitness center as they did into the rest of the resort. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to hang out by the pool as i was only there for one night, but from what I saw walking around it looked amazing. If you want to stay in a resort and feel like you have an unlimited budget, this is the place. I have paid the same amount for a Holiday Inn Express as I did in this resort. So if you want the MOST bang for your buck and not feel like your missing out on anything, this is the place to stay. By the way, it's only 12 minute drive to the strip.

Good for family trip
I went to Las Vegas with my family for Christmas trip. For people like us who are not big fun in gambeling but rather sightseeing, M is a very good place to stay. You can get a wonderful view of the city, enjoy the good service and get a brief feeling about the casino. True the hotel is a little far from downtown, but with a car transportation is not a problem, it is actually nice to stay in a peaceful place after a noise day in Las Vegas.

M Resort
It was fun as usual but this time we had an issue when we checked into the room. The bathroom was not fully clean. There were half dried stains around the toilet ... let's say ... Yellow! There was also caked soap in the shower soap holder. I was able to find a houskeeping staff member and she was happy to fix the problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I still love going to M Resort and will continue. Overall it was a great stay.

Great meeting facility
The only criticism that I can come up with is that the hotel is bit remote from local attractions. However, free shuttles are available to both the strip and the airport for those who choose not to rent a car. The facilities and the staff are excellent. Absolutely no problem during my four night stay. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the food and wait staff was excellent both in the restaurants and the meals/snacks provided during the meetings. Certainly exceeded my past experiences at various other facilities and I have been attending professional meetings for more than thirty years. The rooms were nicely appointed, quiet and clean. There were no interruptions from house keeping...great experience! I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Don't ever leave any personal items when you check out
The stay was fine; however, I accidentally left some of my personal property in the room, and it took too much of my time, phone calls, and literally begging the staff to send my property back to me. My phone calls were often not returned, and it turned into a great big hassle for me. However, I eventually received my items back in the mail about a month or so later.

Las Vegas - Off the Strip
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are large, modern, clean and quiet. Room rates are average. There are several restaurants on the premises. The Studio buffet meals are the best bargain, with the exception of the seafood dinner and Sat/Sun seafood brunch (those meals were not cheap, even when they did nclude all the beer and wine you can drink). Locals just love the seafood buffet, so come early! If you enjoy being off the Strip, this resort may appeal to you. The M resort does have free shuttle service to and from the airport as well as to the Fashion Show Mall.
