Poor custmor service

Check in starts at 1300- although I tried checking in 5 times afterwards to hear my room wasnt clean yet. My room was finally clean and ready at 1900. For the wait the manager gave me a cupon to the hotel resturant for 25 dollars. altho I assured him while I was waiting I had already eaten. He began to say use it for lunch tommrow. So the next day I found out the cupon was expired that nite and wasnt able to use. The staff was rude , the room was decent, altho over priced, the location is horrible unable to get anywhere without a cab or driving, very dirty and nasty community, kinda the slumps of vegas, very unpleased!

The hotel was great! Free drinks and appetizers by the pool in the evening and free BIG breakfast in the morning. Room was clean, comfy, and big enough for 3 adults and 2 kids. Stayed at New York New York the next night and it was horrible! Next trip we will stay at Embassy Suites, save money with the free amenities and have more money for entertainment!!

Stay at Embassy Suites and get free drinks, free appetizers, free hot breakfast, free shuttle to and from the strip. The strip hotels are pricey and you won't get anything for free.

Didn't stay here due to overbooking

I was turned away when I arrived due to overbooking by a 3rd party site. They did accommodate us to another hotel nearby which actually worked out because we had a concert to attend at Hard Rock Hotel and it was across the street. Great customer service, wished we could have stayed there.

Combination of family weekend and work

This was a very pleasant stay at a pretty nice hotel. The rooms were very comfy, with the bed and living area completely separated, with a sofa bed in the living room which came in very handy for two little boys. Complimentary made to order breakfast far surpassed expectations, with more than enough to go around. The pool area is very beautiful, making my boys declare it is the best hotel, especially compared with Westin LAX!!!

Excellent value

The room was perfectly comfortable, and the complimentary made to order breakfast was great! The evening complimentary open bar was a nice extra, and the location was far enough off the strip that it was quiet and restful. Only wish the shuttle would go a little later to get back after a late show lets out. Ate dinner in the hotel one night and the portion sizes were very generous.

Perfect Getaway!!!

Loved the Embassy Suites!!! The staff there is always helpful and friendly. The hotel is located two miles off of the strip. It is a non-gaming hotel. The rooms are clean and decorated nicely. The beds are comfy and it was so quiet at night. The breakfast in the morning was the best with made to order omeletts, pancakes, hasbrowns, french toast, bacon, and sausage. Breakfast also included fruits, yogurt, juices, oatmeal, danishes, bagels, and cereal. Happy hour with free drinks, popcorn, and chips and salsa is always fun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in Vegas without the casino atmosphere.

Nice Hotel

The breakfast was great. The location is about a mile from the strip. The room was nice with two TV's, a microwave, and a kitchen sink. The sofa in the front area is a hide-a-bed so four people can sleep comfortabily in the room.
