Just so, so
It was not bad for the low price in strip. But the lights in lobby were not so bright ,that made the hotel dark and poor. The faucet in the bathroom should be changed. It needs some renovatition in general.

Luxor Resort
Don't stay here the place smells like fake sandlewood to cover up the smoke rather have the smoke smell since the fake smell make you feel sick. The steak room tender was not tender my steak was not good service was not good many things on the menu were not available. Plus the smell in the place makes you not feel like eating. Spend some more money or stay off the strip but don't stay at the Luxor.

Luxor review
This hotel is not bad, just lacking. The interior of elevator's, room's and hallways is substandard. A little beaten up, but clean. Perhaps for the price we paid, we should have expected this, but really, I believe we could have done better. It was somewhat disappointing. They 'upgraded' us to a room with a jacuzzi that did not work (and that was not mentioned), and later said they had not worked for a year. Not very impressive. We will not stay at the Luxor again, at this point.

Needs to be refreshed
Wait to check-in was a bit lengthy. The first floor was pretty nice in terms of decor. Tender Steakhouse was a nice location. The upper floors with guest rooms and the elevators servicing them were dated and need to be refreshed with a makeover.

The Who getaway
The place is nice,however I expect CNN and CNBC when History Channel, HBO,etc. when I stay in a frist class place.

It was a good hotel
I had 3 rooms. Room 8011 smelled like cigarettes so I ended up moving to room 8013. After that everything was good.

Room bad, hotel nice...
The room needed TLC. The lampshade was broken, the closet door was hanging only from the door, and the place just looked disheveled.... After you get downstairs, the place was nice. Nice workout room.

expected a little bit more
the lobby is like an airport terminal without the security checkpoint, although a little faster. The room could use some refinishing on some of the furniture, and a touch up on the wallpaper, and the "vending" could include more than just liquid refreshment. I did like the gaming layout, and choice of other activities but I did expect a little more out of the whole experience.
