Needs serious upgrade!!

Went with a friend for b-day celebration and her first time to Vegas. Needless to say we both were very disappointed. The place is old and you have to pay for a coffee maker and refrigerator which is ridiculous. Also, the pool was being renovated and work out area is small. Will not return!!!

Pass this one by

The room didn't have coffee and was too far away from the elevator. The staff was more concerned about giving you free show in return for a 2 hour presentation for a time share than helping you find what you were looking for. Hotel at the end of the strip and a long way to the good hotels. Finally the best entertainment that they could off was "Carrot Top" Need I say more?

Don't expect the $3.50 buffet's like the days of old. It's more like $35 for two to eat just about every where.

BEWARE OF THE $18/DAY RESORT FEE SCAM

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. There was poor ventilation in the room, so it was kind of stuffy and not fresh. The ac/heater unit was working, but it would just circulate the same air inside the room... I would give it 4 stars, but when we were checking out, they stiffed us with $18 per day resort fee - not cool. They didn't even have wifi, no pool (it was outside and all drained out for winter), no jacuzzi. I complained, but they said that we had phone services and hardwired internet inside the room... what a lame excuse to charge an extra $18 a day. I wish it would be included in the total charges right from the beggining, but no, they want to mess up your vacation right at the end, and it's mandatory for everyone to pay. I wish more people would complain about it so they can stop doing it. No decent restaurants inside. Buffet was horrible, don't waste your money in it. Go to Paris or elseware. Ceasars buffet was the best, but also the most expensive, Rio had the best seafood buffet I've ever been to... We went to see Chris Angel and paid a lot of $$$ - what a disappointment! It was so predictable and so lame, even people that were chosen from the audience were all coached and you can really see it. Stay away, don't waste your money, it was much better on TV. He has 3 shows a day doing the same tricks, so he looks tired and you can really see how he does it (we were sitting on the 7th row, right in the middle). I wish I didn't go, at least I wouldn't have been so disappointed and now I don't even want to watch him again ever. He lost all credibility for me. Its all about money now for him. The best way to get aroung is a taxi (about $10-$15), or just walk. Everything is very close there. It can get real cold here too, it was around 30 degrees outside, so a good coat would be nice if you decide to walk around, especially at night time. I hope this helps. I wouldn't have a problem recommending someone to stay there, but that resort fee is ruining everything....

Super amazing staff!

I was in town for a friends wedding (first time in Vegas on top of it) and had a lot of alone time, between dining at the fantastic sushi restaurant, playing some video poker at the central bar, and just kicking back in the hotel room I had a smile on my face the whole time! Guest services were very helpful and the housekeepings staff to the bartenders were so kind! I will definitely be staying again!
