Great couples getaway!

We stayed for the weekend and attended a birthday party. This was just the relaxation my husband and I needed. Had a ball. Friendly staff, super clean room. Vegas is pricey, but it was worth it. We literally spent like 50 bucks for breakfast daily inside the hotel (buffet)! But, it was soooo delicious.

Weekend get away

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times before,The hotel was great all in all, most of the staff were very polite and helpful, I have to say the coffee bar located in the casino when you get off the elevators is always a issue, the girl that works there is obviously not happy with her job and makes everyone feel like she is doing them a favor by just being there. As always the drink girls could come around a little more often but that seems to be true at all the casino's , Overall it is a great location and a very nice hotel to stay at.

Really excellent hotel

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Mandalay Bay. We loved the look of the hotel, the restaurants, and our room. But the staff were the best part. They were uniformly helpful and friendly. They'd often go much further than they seemingly had to in order to make sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel

It was a little disappointing that the hotel did not have the room that we booked available but they made up for it by offering us an upgrade to a suite for a very reasonable price. They have a very beautiful grounds and pool area. Nicest on the strip.

Good first stay

Hotel was huge and hade a great system of pools and outside bars and cabanas etc. Much appreciated fir a June stay! Many dining choices from fancy to pick and run! Big casino with good air system. You could spend your entire stay there and get a good sense of Las Vegas. It is a bit off the strip but there are shuttles etc.

Great Hotel, But Internet Didn't Work

This has always been my favorite hotel because of the amenities. The kids just love the pool, can't say enough about it. But they charge a huge amount for a resort fee which includes wifi access, pool and a digital version of a newspaper. For the $33 they charge for a resort fee, its only the gym that's really access they are giving. The wifi didn't work for us. They didn't help so we were just left to enjoy the pool but still charged the resort fee. On checkout, all they said was that they are sorry and hope it works out next time. Most places would refund the fee or at least offer a credit on the fee the next stay. Oh, well. Great hotel otherwise.
