Waited 45 min to check in. finally got are keys and they didnt work. Had to take all off are luggauge back down to front desk. The second key worked. Got a package with flight and hotel and had to pay a extra 24.40 per night for a Resort Fee.Hotel was nice and clean but i would have been nice to have a fast check in and the resort fee be in the package deal. DIDNT LIKE THAT THE POOL WAS ONLY OPEN TILL 6:00PM.Good Buffet!

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were hard. No fridge in the room. Shower has no light. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even helped us book shows at other resorts. Pool was loud, more of a party than relaxing spot. Casino is great, location is decent, but the best part is the tram to the Bellagio.

The hotel and staff were great. Had a blast at all the near by clubs and night spots. The drinks are always excellent. Didnt get a chance to hit up the pool but I look forward to going back again in the near future.

Family time
Not a bad hotel, good location, little too pricey though for how outdated the room was. They need some upgrades. But overall not bad at all. Had some little issues when we arrived but the staff took care of it within reasonable time.

Good for the price!
I made the mistake of staying somewhere very nice my first trip to Vegas (Palazzo) so really anywhere I stay now is isn't going to live up to that. The rooms are nice but nothing super special. But let's be honest, you don't spend that much time in the room. We had everything we needed. The pool was pretty crowded but we were able to find some chairs. Unfortunately they don't offer any kind of refill specials when you buy a yard/souvenier cup like a lot of other hotels do. You can't bring any kind of food or drinks in with you either. The food was great everywhere that we ate. We saw Love which was amazing!! Sadly the Jabbawokeez were "on vacation" while we were there so we didn't get to see them. I have seem elsewhere and I would definitely say they are a must do if you visit. My only real complaint is paying the resort fee. It's really unfortunate that you are forced to pay for something you don't use. Plus online when I booked it said it was $15/day but we were charged $20/day.

Our experience was quite an adventure. When we first got there and requested our room we were told that only smoking rooms were available. We didn't pay to much attention to it until we entered the room. The smell of cigaret was so unbearable that we couldn't even breath. We immediately spoke to another hotel staff and a non smoking room was provided. The staff person who had checked us in was not too friendly and needless to say didn't care. The non smoking room was better and on the higher floors. The only problem we had was that on the second night we discovered that the TV was not working. We reported it twice but did not get them to fix it. We asked to speak with a manager about the situation and requested that our resort fee be waived. We got it waived and saved $80.00. Beds were comfortable and received room service everyday. Besides the room experience, the hotel was very clean with a nice clean scent. We enjoyed the pool and the frozen drinks. They have plenty of food options like Starbucks, Mc Donald's, Subway, pizza,etc. Hotel is located on the strip which makes it very convenient.

Short drive from hotel
We would recommend that visitors rent a car. We walked the first day and noticed that the hotels seem very close but after a long walk becomes very tiresome. We used our rental to go to the different hotels. Parking is free and very convenient! Saves time.
