I would stay again

Nice and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Smallish bath and toilet space. Pool didn't look too inviting. Very stark surroundings with all concrete. Could be improved a lot. Very convenient for Fremont Street Experience which is why I booked there in the first place. More fun than the strip and way less money.

worst trip ever

I cannot describe what we went through, trying to check in. They did not have our reservation, even though it was paid. Then trying to check out they wanted to charge me. This was a nightmare. And we booked 5 months in advance, also the rental car was a nightmare, even though I booked through your company it cost me over 400.00 more. I will never use your company again, this trip cost me well over 1000.00 which it should never have costed.

Worst Hotel I've Stayed At!!

I had nothing but issues with this hotel/staff since the minute I checked in. They charged us a fee for checking in early and charged me a $50 deposit which was never even discussed. When we got to the room the whole carpet was soaked from the AC. The pictures were probably taken when they first opened because it looks old and dumpy now. It was surrounded by homeless people. Then after getting home from Vegas they charged me an ADDITIONAL $118 that was an "Accidental Charge" on my card and wont get back for another 3-10 days. On top of that they didn't even want to accommodate me for anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE DELT WITH!! DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Bummer vacation

The hotel itself was ok . . . not fantastic, but ok. The casino and restraunts, however, were very disappointing. The casion was dead, dead, dead and we did not feel the dealers were very friendly. We didn't like the huge portions at Hash House A Go Go as it forced you to order one dish and share and our tastes are not always the same. When we tried to go to Oscar's, the first night they were already closing down (at 9:30!! in Vegas!!!) and the 2nd night we were not admitted because my wife was wearing a stylish hat and no hats are allowed. Seriously? For women??? One night after a show, we ended up eating at McDonald's. In Vegas!! We just felt that for as expensive as it has become, we didn't get our money's worth. Like I said, the rooms themselves were ok, but overall, trip was very disappointing.

Plaza Hotel Las Vegas

No security in THEIR parking garage. Our truck got broke into. The didn't do a thing. We had to go to police station to try and get anything done. Will never stay at the Plaza Hotel again due to their lack of response to our break in. No security!!!!!!!!

Great location for Fremont Street Experience

My cousin and I stayed here twice, one week apart. The room rate was fantastic! With the first visit, we were sent to a room that wasn't made up, which caused us to almost be late to our Celine Dion concert as we were cutting it close. The made-up room had issues of poor maid service (dried cranberries on the floor, no bath towels). The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were pretty awful--on the second visit I asked for softer ones, and they were a bit better. There is no coffee pot in either room. South Tower had a fun view of old Vegas lights at entrance to Fremont St.

The Golden Gate had a good breakfast with killer pastries! Try their deliciously enormous bear claws.
