Granddaughters 21st Birthday

The hotel had very comfortable beds we were in the south tower there were two things that were I had a problem with. First the bathroom sink you would be ok if you were 6 ft tall, it was so high up. Second we could hear the other people in the next room talking. They were talking in a normal tone and we could hear every word. This made us very uncomfortable we felt there was no privacy for us since we could hear them.

Late Night Pit Stop

My family arrived in Vegas sooner than expected, but since we drove in we got there after midnight. Before we arrived, I called the hotel to ask a general question. I spoke to James who sounded disinterested and bothered so that interaction worried me. But, once we arrived I encountered Sonia at the check-in desk who was warm and personable. The room was clean and generally comfortable. The one drawback was the super small bathroom area with the clogged sink. But, otherwise a nice place to lay our heads for the night.

Ok trip

The stay was okay. The floor I was on smelled like the sewer in the halls. After the 4th request to have them change the bloody sheets and blanket, I finally was able to relax. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, but the noise from across the street was crazy. If you want to relax this is not your hotel. If you want to have a good non expensive time with great Has house a go go. Then this is the place for you. Great hash

Basic!

Nothing to brag about... Never experienced updated accommodations as they advertise. Tried to call front desk from our room about an issue and waited 32 min. on hold before a front desk live person took my call!!!
