2nd Visit to Vegas

I had a nice stay at the Stratosphere. They didn't let me win any money but that's probably my fault. It was a nice time and I would stay here again.

Bad view with up grade

Bad experience, when I check up, the person offer me up grade my room for better view of the strip of course with extra charge, the room they give me was nice & good view, but was recently pain bathroom with wett sign, dusty & dirty, no way to use, beside I find housekeeping persons next to my room, what only reply to tell me is no way to stay in that room & no supervisor was available in that moment , what I need to go to the registration desk to fix the problem, when I go down & explain to the person apologies , I reply on that situation , I want to stay with my regular reservation & don't Want to up grade, but the person tell me the regular reservation room don' t have good view & the room was old, so I stay with the up grade what was a joke, they give me one room on the 24th floor, but was more small, the bathroom have a nasty smell all the time, I think the hotel can use a deodorant for the bathroom, the fantastic view they offer me was ridiculous , my view was to the freeway, no to the strip of Las Vegas Blv. I don' t have the view what I pay for the up grade, but the view to the freeway & the parking lot was a joke, better not to pay extra & be on lower floor, with the extra money I pay , I can stay on better hotel , I never come back to this hotel,

Not happy!

So I was only there for three days but I wasnt happy. First of all this location is way to far from everything else. We decided to walk one night and I had huge blisters on my feet afterwards. Our room was older which really isnt a problem except the shelf in the bathroom was rusted off the wall. All our towels hit the floor and we had no room to sit anything. Then the shower head was leaking everywhere. It was spraying over the curtain and hitting the toilet. The blow dryer didnt blow hot air only cold. Just one thing after the other. I told the staff of the problems we had when we left and they said theyll fix it but that doesnt help us when were checking out. I will never stay there again.
