Random vacation

Booked a deluxe two queen bed room with a view of the strip. Once we got to the room the view was not as great. However, the price of the room was very affordable. The room was very comfortable. We were able to ride all rides at the stratosphere with a discount and eat in the lounge viewing vegas at the top of the tower. I wish this hotel was closer to the strip, but everything else worked out great.

Impersonal treatment

I hate to give negative reviews about anything but this hotel needs some customer service tips on how to treat clients. While the rooms are reasonable , it was such a surprise that when I checked in they told me' you have a choice of a select room ; newer carpet newer beds etc. '. I thought I already did that when I booked on line? Well, who wouldn't want a better room? So for 20.00$ more per night I was supposed to get a better room! The worst part is I req a refrigerator for insulin. I was told I was third in line for a fridge. ' they are hard to come by'. I was told to call desk when I get to my room. Desk said I have to pay 10.00$ a night ; free fridge was already promised for medical reasons. I'm short fridge never materialized despite my follow ups. They provided ice buckets for my insulin . I had to throw my bottle away after the fifth day . It was a very sad experience for me. Staff was soo inconsistent I can't believe how these people got to be hoteliers. It made me dislike this city .

WON'T STAY AGAIN

HOTEL CHEAP BUT FAR FROM MAJOR ATTRACTIONS. IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO GET TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHES AFTER CALLING HOUSE KEEPING AND FRONT DESK. NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOMS, BATHROOM VERY LITTLE. BED WAS COMFORTABLE THOUGH. NEIGHBOR HOOD VERY SEEDY, NERVOUS ABOUT LEAVING THE PROPERTY AFTER DARK. THE $74 HOTEL FEE TURNED INTO A $84 DOLLAR FEE. DO NOT PLAN TO EVER STAY HERE AGAIN, MUCH NICER HOTELS CLOSER TO THE ACTION FOR LITTLE MORE COST.

Weekend Getaway

This was my second time staying here. The room was dirty. Handprints all over the wall and closet doors. Bathroom was also dirty. Hairspray and glitter all over the door and make-up marks all over the wall. I didn't care for the A/C. It was programmable and it wasn't cold enough for me. I will most likely not stay here again.

Good Hotel On The Strip

I was on a budget and got this hotel in a package deal with flight included for a somewhat decent price. I do think it was a tiny bit over priced for the average rate per night. However, had a great time at the hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed Thursday - Sunday for the 4th of July. Pool was good, placed to dine in the hotel were great! Again, I just wish the price per night wasn't so high but that also probably was because of the weekend we chose so...really I suppose its not their fault!

Any place in the hotel is a good place to eat! Fillini's is a romantic and cute Italian place with fantastic food and wine as well as the Steakhouse diagonal from it. Both were phenomenal .

Fun in the sun

Had everything we expected ! The location is inconviently on the far end of the strip but transportation was no problem with the frequent stopping public busses. The pool was sorta lame/busy but we didn't expect much different. Friendly staff and amazing view from the top. Good value.

Take the bus! It goes up and down the strip every ten minutes. Who needs to pay expensive taxi rates to sit in traffic.
