Great Experience

Everything was amazing! They were apparently quite busy and when I checked in they were out of the regular rooms that I have reserved, so they upgraded me to a massive suite for free and were pleseant about doing so!

Price you Pay for Comfort

I just celebrated my 21st in Vegas and enjoyed my stay at The Mirage. I has a two queen bedroom facing the strip, and the beds were amazingly comfy. If I didn't have so much to see and do all day, I could sleep for hours!! The rooms have a stocked fridge with expensive items in them. Having to much to drink and the munchies late at night can lead to an expensive room bill. I didn't want to spend my money on the items in the fridge, so I had to rent a fridge for $25 a day. Room service takes about 45 minutes to arrive, and they charge you an extra $3 for every person who's ordering food. Don't get me wrong, the food was great though. I also didn't like how you had to walk halfway through the hotel/casino to the guest elevators (very inconvient). BLT Burger was my favorite place in the hotel to eat. Great food for a great price. Overall my experience at the Mirage was great, just the extra amenities cost a pretty penny.

First time on Vegas

This hotel is on a great spot for a first trip to Las Vegas. Got a pretty good deal and received a room with a view of the strip. First "non-smoking" room stunk like old cigars, front desk immediately moved us. Bathtub had stain, it was rust spot...not what we had thought at first! Nice amenities, but what's with the 3 bath towels? And the wireless was basically nonexistent. Walked to Bellagio for the water show, walked a lot in Vegas. Ate at almost all restaurants in hotel, breakfast buffet, all my food was cold, spouses omelet was made to order and hot. Easy checkout and smiling and courteous staff. Will definitely consider staying again

Careful thinking a breakfast sandwich at Carnegie Seli will be a light bite. The thing was as big as my head! (And $20.00 besides)

Great stay!

We bought an excellent package deal and for a low cost got an upgrade to 25th floor. Loved the availability of elevators! The bathroom was fantastic, wonderful jetted tub, separate shower, 2 sinks... the best ever! Bed super comfortable. Decor was classy, but desk chair needs replacing. As seniors, and I imagine you get just a few of us in your hotel, we would have loved to have a place in the fridge for leftovers. The auto-charge mini bar is annoying for us middle class seniors. Seeing 2 fabulous shows without leaving the building was quite a plus! Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Good time

From arrival to departure, our family enjoyed the stay throughout our six nights! The checkin process took a little longer than expected. The checkout was easy, right from the room. It would help if signs will inform guests of not allowing children (even with adults) into the gambling area which is everywhere!

Great weekend!

The hotel is an amazing visual experience. There was a fragrance that was a bit disturbing, trying to freshen and cover the smokiness of the casino. We enjoyed it as a home base, as it was close to all the other sites we wanted to see. Starbucks on the hotel side would be nice, since there's not a coffee pot in the room. I didn't want to walk thru the casino in the morning just to get a cup of coffee! Overall, the staff was friendly but the food was overpriced and underwhelming.
