Open again after its recent remodel, California Pizza Kitchen wows visitors with a new look (designed by Aria Group), a new wine display, new seat accommodations and new plasma screen TVs! And it's still home of the barbeque chicken pizza and all the other hearth-baked pizzas topped with unique taste combinations it's famous for, and the pastas and salads that share the same creative spirit.

On the menu, Tom returns to the American cultural tradition of meat, focusing on antibiotic-free animals raised by purveyors committed to time honored farming practices and heritage breeds. The glow of the hearth will permeate the entire restaurant and is reflected in the Bentel and Bentel design highlighting natural materials. Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak will be open for dinner in the Atrium of The Mirage and is well positioned to be one of the best steakhouses on the Las Vegas Strip

relaxing break

All of the staff at Mirage was super friendly during our stay at the Mirage. The room was very clean and the workout facility was great. Only negative I can say is that it says the pool is heated, and it was very cold. Even the hot tub was not hot. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Mirage highlight

Very clean rooms. Pools are fantastic. Employees are very nice and helpful especially Robert who took care of our bags. Only complaint was the drilling / construction and the cleaning crew who kept entering our room while we were in the room.

Short Vacation

We had a great time. The March Madness was madness and great. Deli and Pizza areas were wonderful (food and staff). Played Blackjack for first time and William(?) was a super help at the $10 table on 3/25. Understand why we come back each time we come to LV.... Monika and Walter

Smelly room

We had paid for a non smoking room with a King bed. When we checked in, they told us that all the non smoking rooms were taken and the only ones available were the smoking rooms. The girl told us there was a big chance the people before us didn't smoke, so we decided to go for it. It was horrible and smelled really bad. I was very disappointed given that we had paid for a non smoking room.

The Mirage : Improves with age.

I stayed at The Mirage during the first week of March Madness. Before the trip, I had read a number of scathing reviews on the internet. None of the concerns turned out to be an issue. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. The cleaning staff was thorough and timely. The bathroom shower and faucets worked to perfection. The pool is spacious and I had no trouble getting a chair. Also, the music was played at a volume that didn't annoy and you could listen to music through your own head phones. The Mirage, though getting up in age, is a gorgeous property and I completely enjoyed my week there.

I would recommend the Craving buffet. Most of the restaurants are pricey, and the have most of the same food in the buffet...plus for dinner you get free beer and wine.
