Price was good location was better than i expected right on the bus route but walking distance to the strip

it's close to everything I needed, rooms need updating. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Can't beat the price. In Vegas all you need a room for is to keep your stuff in and sleep a couple of hours.

I reserved 4 rooms, gave names as requested. One brother cancelled parents' room for them to stay at Bellagio but due to coming in late parents took brother's room. Girl at desk kept calling my parents "guys" and after repeatedly being told by my 82 y/o father and 78 y/o mother to stop call them that, her answer was "I can't change who I am". When I started to check in, she informed me that "cats have to go upstairs" to which I replyed "fine", in turn expecting my parents to get the ground floor, but having to wait for brother and sis-in-law to fax over their IDs with a note they were giving parents their room, the ground floor room some how disappeared with no explanation so 82 y/o dad with bad heart had to climb stairs. Also, there was phone in my room but no phone line and I never was able to get wi-fi access.

Small room, old outdated, cold shower, shower head at 5'

''+" Good location Friendly staff Free Wi-Fi "-" Old. Everything was old. Air conditioner was driving me crazy. No comfortable regimen, only hot or very cold. No iron in the room, you should go to the frontdesk. Very thin walls, You will hear everyhing your neighbours would do))) Shower tip was installed on a level of my lower chest, t was very uneasy to take a shower like this) It is not worh of money at all.

checked in at about 3pm. Straight away rushed out to other big hotels for sight seeing and gambling. Returned to the hotel at about 1am. Missed breakfast which was served until 8am only. Discharged from the hotel at about 10 am the next day.

We only slept and took showers at the hotel. All was good. I think it would be great if the hotel included hair conditioner in the assortment of bathroom accessories. I think it was excellent for the price we paid.

It was great while i was there the staff was wonderful to me and my quest. we was able to get great service when I need help they were happy to help and we visit must of the shows went walking and sight seeing but we had a few meeting to attend. There is nothing to change some places staff act a fraid to help but not these wonderful people.

I attending a conference at the convention center so the location was close by. The ice machine closest to my room didn't work. Staff was courteous and breakfast consisted of healthy food.

We were going on a last minute trip. So the location and the price was not bad at all. I think if your going to Vegas and not planning on staying more than one night it is fine. but more then one i recommend paying a little more for a better hotel.
