From Gondolas to gourmands, a city of remarkable delights

With all-suite accommodations, an array of entertainment, and incredible dining and diversion, Venetian Las Vegas is a worthy destination all its own, even with the Strip just beyond the doors. A faithful homage to Europe's crown jewel that includes a quarter-mile Grand Canal complete with gondoliers, The Venetian is also far more than a theme resort. The list includes TAO Beach and Nightclub, Canyon Ranch SpaClub, Grand Canal Shoppes and Madame Tussauds. The Venetian also shares amenities and dining with the connected Palazzo resort.

Highlights
  • The Venetian Las Vegas will come alive with the fantasy, food, fun and romance of Italy during Carnevale.  This is a three-month celebration of Italy's summer festival from 27 May to 08 September 2013. Based on the highly successful premier in 2012, the festival will be expanded with new events and special new experiences exclusively for the guests.
  • Gondola rides both inside and out on the quarter-mile Grand Canal replica
  • The exclusive TAO Beach and Nightclub
  • Star chef dining options from the likes of Mario Batali, Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck and more
  • Gorgeous, private club-like poker room
Rooms

Redecorated, unique split-level Venetian Luxury suites start at 650 square feet with king size, pillow top beds and two 32" plasma screens, a full living area, mini-bar and motorized curtains over floor-to-ceiling windows. In true Venetian style, the luxury continues in large bathrooms featuring twin sinks, a separate tub and shower and Agraria bath products. Some Venetian suites include sofa sleepers. Several larger suites are available. Wi-Fi Internet access is included in the resort fee.

Features

Surrounded by replicas of the Doge's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, the Campanile Tower, and St. Mark's Square, guests can't escape the romance of Venice at Venetian, nor do they want to. Where else can you get married on an exquisitely handcrafted wedding gondola? Along the Grand Canal, enjoy a serenade from a gondolier, catch the "streetmosphere" performers or shop the more than 80 international boutiques.

More entertainment at Venetian Las Vegas includes the Broadway smash musical Rock of Ages and Australia's critically acclaimed quartet, Human Nature. The Venetian's 134,000-square-foot Ranch Spa – one of the biggest on the Strip – moves beyond the norm with an impressive fitness center, rock climbing wall and cafe. Prepare for more grand scale amenities at Venetian's 5-acre, year-round pool deck featuring three pools, a hot tub, plenty of chaises, and cocktail and food service (cabanas for a fee). Gaming at the opulent casino does not disappoint with handheld gaming devices, a refined poker room and large race and sports book lounge. Guests can also catch shows of Rita Rudner.

The Venetian welcomes Priscilla Queen of the Desert – The Musical, which runs from 18 June to 18 August 2013. This international hit features over 500 dazzling award-winning costumes and a parade of dance-floor favorites.

Dining

The Venetian's solid list of dining options leads with Thomas Keller's Bouchon, Mario Batali's B&B Ristorante, Wolfgang Puck's Postrio, Tom Maloney's Aquaknox, Emeril Lagasse's Delmonico Steakhouse and Piero Selvaggio's Valentino, as well as many Asian options. For breakfast or weekend brunch, don't miss the Grand Luxe Cafe. Guests also find an above-average food court with eateries like Nathan's, Johnny Rockets and Canonita Express.

Romantic Vegas Getaway

Hotel is dated but still very comfortable. Stayed at the Venezia tower - very quiet, far off from the casino smoke and noise but on the down side navigating to our room was always a challenge. Didn't have any problems with housekeeping, room always cleaned on time. Staff very courteous and helpful. Nothing beats location, right on the strip, walking distance to a lot of places. Our room view was just awesome, could see the mirage volcano show nightly, with the mountain backdrop at a distance. Venetian offers a lot restaurants to choose from- the Bouchon, Carnevino, B&B Ristorante , Delmonico - pricey but tasty! Blue Man Group is a must to see . I thought at first the Gondola ride would be cheesy but I actually enjoyed it. Overall, the Venetian provided a great intro to Vegas, I would stay here again.

Amazing - best location ever!

This hotel was awesome! The amenities were great, and the location was even better. Being connected to the Pelazzo with all the shoppes, restaurants (40 of them!), the wax museum, clubs, etc...was the best...we couldn't as for anything more! Our only beef (if you want to call it that) was that there was a $17/night resort fee. What's that about? Especially considering you'd have to rent a mini-fridge for $25/night if you were interested in refrigerating anything. Kinda sux. We'd rather just have all the costs included in the upfront costs of the room. Small gripe, I know. Everything else was amazing and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the finest hotel's I've ever stayed in...

The room is enormous and the price mid-week is unbelievable. The only negative is that they charge a "resort fee" of $17 per day. This should not be a seperate charge and should be part of the quoted price.

Got a good deal, so it was great!

The venetian is a fun spot, it's clean, nice, not too snobby, and it has a great location towards the busier end of the strip. The layout is super confusing, but once you figure out where you are it's not so bad. The palazzo tower is nicer than the venetzia tour which is where we stayed. Also, the pool is in the shade for a better part of the day, so beware!

Venetian Resort Hotel Casino was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, reasonable prices for most items and rooms to die for. The shopping inside the Venetian was great and the resturanats had decent prices.

FAMILY GETAWAY-LAST VACATION OF THE YEAR!

THE VENETIAN WAS BEAUTIFUL. I WAS GIVEN AN UPGRADE BY THE HOTEL BECAUSE THE ROOM THAT WAS RESERVED FOR ME WAS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN I ARRIVED. OVER ALL MY STAY WAS WONDERFUL. I WAS A LITTLE DISSAPOINTED WITH MY FLIGHT. RESEVATIONS FOR TWO AND WE HAD SEATNG IN DIFFERENT ROWS. THE CAR RENTAL WAS NICE, WE HAD NO PROBLEMS. WE DID AN UPGRADE ON THE VEHICLE.

Good, but not the best

For a business convention on the Sands Expo, there is nothing better. If you are looking for luxury, try the Wynn. We had a Non Smoking room, but some idiot was smoking outside the room. Called security, but they never came. The odor invaded the room as apparently the A/C takes air from the aisle for recirculating purposes.

Anniversary Escape

We were extremely pleased with the size and layout of our room. The separate express elevators was a huge plus. The bell station was extremely efficient and courteous. The concierge was very knowledgable and efficient. It will be a wonderful day when there is a smoke free casino. The shops and overall layout was impressive. We would definitely stay at the Venetian again.
