It's fine
You get what you pay for. I went to a performance at The Bell House. The staff was fantastic. It is close to the subway. The neighborhood is safe. Breakfast was up a little longer, thank you! Use the staff to get a cab.

convenient and meets expectations
It is a good place to stay. The area is close to family for me which is why I chose it, but it is otherwise fairly close to Brooklyn destinations. And it is a good base from which to go to Manhattan. Only problems I had: -Walls are a little thin for sound barriers -People should get some advisory not to talk loudly in the hallways or through open doors in the evening -Need more parking spaces when the place is full. Overall, I liked it and will return.

Super Stay
Came to Brooklyn for a family event for the weekend. As a young woman traveling on my own in this part of NY, I found the staff to be EXTREMELY helpful on transportation, locations & hotel amenities. Room was a little smaller than expected, but hey it is NY. Many nice cafes & restaurants around the hotel, nice locals, overall safe area. Should I ever return to Brooklyn I would definitely stay here again. : )

Subway station on 4th Ave a block away from hotel, takes you to Union Square (shopping). Smart phones would help you navigate the best.

Wedding at textile arts
Good value hotel. Perfect to attend a function around the corner at textile art museum. No frills but safe and comfortable. No hot water in morning due to boiler malfunction.

Good deal, great value!
This far exceeded our expectations of a Super 8 hotel. The staff as friendly, room was comfortable and clean. Good value for your money. I'd recommend it to everyone who wants a clean and comfortable bed. Location was close to the subway and eateries. Recommend that you go out for breakfast though.

Great location at a great price
Was very happy with all aspects of our stay here. Room was small, but we didn't come there to spend time in our room. Breakfast was good, cleanliness was better than average, staff was considerate and helpful, location - only 1 blk from subway - was ideal, no noise to speak of, and the price was so much less than anywhere in Manhattan. Would definitely return!
