Little goldmine
We were really looking for a higher star rating for our stay but read the excellent feedback on another website and was not disappointed. The location is fantastic just one block from Broadway/theatres and a short walk to times square/central park. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend it to others. Breakfast was not included in the price but the hotel offers continental breakfast for $10.

Great midtown location
The lobby looked great (like the pics on the website, which is not always the case). The room was very clean. The bathroom looked like it was recently redone and had a ZERO "groady" factor. Space was a little tight, but who cares. Also, I guess due to construction around the building, one side gets noisy. The front desk staff put me on the other side, so "thanks to them".

Not bad, not great
The location is fantastic. The continental breakfast was below average, the bar tender was excellent. The room was too hot and the heating/cooling system was too noisy. I set the thermostat at 65 and the room was still 77 degrees. Beds were comfortable but it was too hot and noisy to sleep well.

Perfect for a 3 day trip in NYC
Perfect location for 3 nights in NY. Walking distance from Time Square, Rockafeller Center, MOMA, Central Park Staff could have been more helpful in giving recommandations on a 3 day stay and what to do. Overall great experience, room perfectly clean and very nice hotel. We had free breakfast "because the boss decided to do it complimentary today" - so ask before you decide to have breakfast out of the hotel, maybe you will be lucky and have it for free ! WIFI has a charge but they can lend you an ipad at the front desk to use in the lobby

99$ slice of pizza right around the corner BEST one you can find Do not go to any Pizza chain you see the "99$ slice of pizza" is cooked fresh and delicious - so glad we tried it !

Great Weekend!
My sister and i returned to our home city to take care of some family business. We selected this hotel to facilitate getting to several disparate locations, e.g., Brooklyn and Long island, by public transportation. it was perfect for that! We were able to walk, get the subway, and the LIRR easily. The staff here were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with 2 double beds, contemporary decor, and reasonable amenities. Retaurants were near by and we felt safe. It met our needs!

Life long NYC fan
Great location
This was definitely just a place to rest, nooooo extras. It was a great place to head out from, as it was within walking distance to all the "places to see". No internet service, when EVERYBODY uses some sort of device these days. The room was very dark, more lamps please. One on the desk would've been nice. Coffee in the lobby, especially after a cold walk back. And the "specials" at the bar...not so much. One or two blocks down and you'll find better drinks for less.
