Weekend Getaway
We were fortunate to get a room on the 10th floor so didn't have to worry about any noise except people slamming doors. The room was small, but it is NY. It was quite comfortable. Took a few minutes for hot water to make it up to the 10th floor but then it was fine. Service was wonderful - housekeeping came by around 7 to see if we wanted extra towels, amenities and oranges! Great location for activities in midtown.

College trip
This hotel is in a perfect location for central park and times square. The staff was very helpful with all our needs and with suggestions. The room was a little warm and the other guests were loud, not the hotel's fault. Perfect for visiting Fordham and seeing the sites.

Hi, I had a wonderful time at your hotel. I have no complaints and i do have good memories. The only thing i missed was a coffee machine in the room. That itself is helpful to have for someone like myself. Thank you, Vanessa

Either take a long walk or hop on the N or the R train and go to Eatly for lunch, dinner or just to hang out.

Fun in Midtown
Great location and staff helpful! We were there for restaurant week and staff directed us to a couple of memorable dinners.

Don't be fooled by the price or the lobby...
I got what I paid for I guess. Smallest room I've ever had in NYC. The music from the top floor lounge vibrated my room on the 12th floor and made me feel like I was sleeping in a club. Very very annoying. The blue lights under the bed are also a bit odd. I'm not sure what the appeal is for those. Anyways, the location is convenient and the lounge is nice. I fell for the deal they had going but will never stay here again that is for sure.

Dream is a dream

Great Hotel BUT
Hotel is in an excellent location. Rooms are small but very nice and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Would give it a four but: 1. Internet access is very very slow and is charged $10 per day on a PER DEVICE basis. If I have a phone, a tablet and a laptop (not to mention my wife's), I would need to pay for each ! 2. There are only three elevators servicing the entire hotel including staff. If you want to use the elevator during morning rush or at night when lots of non-hotel visitors are also using them to get to the club on top, good luck. We were late for something and had to wait more than 10 minutes to get an elevator.

Great location
Walking distance to Times Square, theaters,Rockefeller Center. Clean hotel with great service. Small, but comfortable rooms. I will book here next time I am in New York.
