very accomodating
I was very pleased with the timely manner they addressed any concerns. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. If I had to be in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

Hotel bien situé mais dont le
Hotel bien situé mais dont le niveau des services n'est pas à la hauteur des étoiles. Deux mésaventures: 1/une tentative vaine de nous faire payer le mini bar qui n'avait pas été utilisé. 2/ une tentative toujours vaine de nous donner une chambre sale et sentant l'humidité (clim hors service depuis des lustres)!!! Un conseil ne pas avoir peur de descendre à l'accueil et d'exiger ce pour quoi vous avez payé!

La localisation à 2 pas de Central
La localisation à 2 pas de Central Park, en face du jardin du Musée d'Histoire Naturelle et au voisinage des nombreux bons restaurants de Columbus et Amsterdam avec font de cet hotel une halte très agréable pour découvrie et revenir à New York.
