This is a really great hotel!
Stayed for 3 nights in a king bed grand club room. Room was great, stuff very helpful, the location is absolutely amazing. The access to the Grand Club was a really good plus. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Couple's Retreat
After researching many hotels, we stayed at the Grand Hyatt and it was the best decision. I would recommend staying on the 16th floor...which is Club Level. You will be able to enjoy complimentary breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Todd was so accomodating in the Club Level lounge. We stayed in a king corner room and was so surprised at the size of the room...it would be considered "huge" by New York standards. The bellmen were so helpful. This will be the only place we stay from now on....right by Grand Central- which made it super easy to get to everything!

We travelled to NYC to visit family, so the location of this hotel was excellent. Adjacent to Grand Central, it was so easy to take trains anywhere we needed to go. The hotel itself was very nice, although I personally did not care for the dark decor. Staff was attentive. Room was very comfortable and clean, and it met our expectations. As crowded as the hotel was, we never heard anything once inside the room. We did not dine at the hotel, prices for breakfast seemed high, even for NYC. Overall, however, a very good experience.

Beautiful Room!!!
The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms excellent. The lobby food court was very convenient at all hours and the restaurant was great. Loved the location.

Family Christmas Getaway
The moment you walk in, it will take your breath away. Its everything you expect in NYC!. Its a Hotel that has earned its 4 stars. The Market inside is open 24 hrs and I'm a very early riser and went to it every morning in my robe mind you. The staff from check-in to maid service, room service, front desk calls, were all very friendly and helpful..The location is not in Times Square but, actually it was nice being next door to Grand Central Station. You will have no problem with transportation. The doorman was always there to help.

Take the subway. Its right next door and also has a shuttle from Grand Central to Times Square. There are no stops on this subway. Also why paid for a taxi when you can go almost anywhere in the city for $ 2.50.

Easy midtown choice
Staff was great. Loved the "market" in the hotel which served good food and other basics 24hrs. Bed was comfortable. Good corporate hotel or if you have an event.

Fantastic 21st Birthday Treat
We were all (6 girls) made very welcome from the moment we checked in, nothing was too much trouble and our rooms were very comfortable. Just a shame the seating in reception wasn't. The hotel is very centrally located, only 10mins walk to Times Sq. 2 mins to Grand Central Station. A great hotel for a great treat.
