The hotel is well located, but don't expect any fancy or luxury on this hotel. I recommend to find a a not so well located hotel but with better amenities or comfort.

Very Small Rooms
Rooms are very small. and AC's don't work. It will be running all the time, but the rooms are not cool. to go to 5th floor on elevator, it takes 3-4 minutes, if no one else is waiting. They got some cool discounts for new york site seeing. will not be staying again there.

Absolutely horrible
The location is convenient, but that's the only good thing about this place. The room was filthy, with unidentifiable stains everywhere and virtually no air conditioning. I found small flies in the shower and the beds were the loudest I've ever heard. Left and checked into a much nicer hotel after being in the room for about 30 minutes. When I checked out, the attendant didn't even look surprised, as if he'd heard the same reasons multiple times during the day. Avoid this place at all costs.

Paying for the location
Hotel is similar to a college dorm room. If you're watching your budget and just want a place to sleep, this is your hotel. Close to everything in Midtown so that's the best thing and the majority of the price of the hotel. If you can get past the all of the missing amenities, then this is your hotel.

I was on vacation sight seeing New York City. The beds didn't have complete sheets on them - the box spring didn't have sheets on all the beds, there was exposed insulation stuffed around the air condition in the window, trash under the couch, modern bathroom fixtures but was not properly attached to the faucet. The staff was friendly, but that didn't compensate for the aweful hotel facilities!

Lombardi's Pizzaria is worth the walk or taxi ride to the Little Italy area. The best pizza I've ever had!

Clean But Scary
I was a conference at the Licoln Center and decided to stay at the Manhattan Broadway, one for the location and two the price. After being in New York and talking with collegues, I found out the hotel was not in the best location and even more expensive than some of other hotels that were nicer in quality. If I would have had time to do better research I would never have booked a stay at that particular hotel.
