NYC Hotels
Omni really leaves little, if anything, to be desired. Staff is friendly and helpful. The perks associated with being a member of Select Guest program, i.e., morning beverage and free Wi-fi are pleasant gratuities that make you feel like you're not being "nickel-ed and dimed." Room is comfortable and though I'm picky, there was nothing to pick at.

Wonderful, perfect location
I really enjoyed my weekend at the Omni Bershire. The staff was friendly and the concierge went beyond the call of duty helping with dinner reservations and Broadway tickets. Times Square, the Theater Dostrict, shopping, and church were all within walking distance. Plus, the Omni limo drove us to the airport for less than a taxi.

Very enjoyable experience. Concierge extremely helpful. Don't look at prices. New York just expensive compared to Chicago. Hotel view could have been better but then mostly stayed in room to "sleep" and relax. Would certainly consider again. Location great. Subway accessible.

Location is Everything
From the moment that I pulled my car up to the entrance my stay athe the hotel was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very accomodating and friendly.

Excellent couple getaway
this is our second time at the Omni, the first time with our 2 kids, this time without kids and I can assure you that we enjoyed the stay very much, The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and quiet. Location wise is perfect, 10 minutes walk to time square or central park. Actually you dont need to use any transportation if you want to stay in the mid town.

i left a very expensive shirt hanging in closet.After we returned home called hotel of course they didn't find it.As for the new york explorer pass we purchesed through orbitzwhat a hassel never again

A very nice surprise
This was my first time staying at the Omni Berkshire, but it certainly won't be the last. Nearly everything was excellent. It's in a great location, the room was large enough for two people to stay comfortably, the bathroom was very nice, the staff was very helpful and pleasant, and even the restaurant was good. The hotel was a good size -- not too big and not too small. Everything just seemed to work well.

Omni Berkshire
Great Location!. Room was very nice,, comfortable and very clean. What sets this hotel apart are the people. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the guys who Valet parked my car to the folks at the front desk.. all very very accomodating. I will definately stay there again.
