Radisson Martinique on Broadway

This is a very nice hotel but the fact that the front desk people are so rude and obnoxious that they indeed ruinded the reputation for this place. I had quite a few issues in the room I was staying in and when I went down and said anything about it, they just walk to the back for 5 minutes and come back and tell me that there doing an investigation. They never did anything about my issues and I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN UNLESS THE STAFF IS CHANGED!

weather was very cold so I put heater all day it make room extremly dry.. it will be nice if they offer humidifier. convenient location to everywhere.

For being a New York hotel the rooms were quite large, but the bathroom was tiny. Not a fan of the sleep number bed, kind of feels like an air mattress. There are similarly priced better hotels that I would prefer staying at, but I chose this one as it was next to my friends apartment.

in NYC there's a good location hotel, ever the price still ok in this area.

The Radission was conviently located, but nothing special. Once we were checked in the room was adequate. Clean enough, but VERY small for what you pay for. A room for 4 had 2 double beds and left no room for suitcases!

The Radisson Martinique is located in midtown New York and offers easy access to all parts of the city. Much of the city is within walking distance (if you are a good walker) and the subway is steps away from the hotel. The rooms are small as is common in old New York hotels but they are kept clean. We did have trouble with the cleaning staff who would leave us two bottles of mouth was but no shampoo or who would bag the garbage from the basket but forget to remove it from our room. They were pleasant whenever we called and did ammend the situation. The staff was very good about storing bags before and after check out so that you had more time to see the city.

The Radisson Martinque was very accomodating, the staff was excellent, the room was comfortable and the location was very good.

The hotel is at a great location, just 10 blocks from Times Square and 2-3 blocks away from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. There's a subway station literally right next to the hotel entrance, which makes it easy and safe to get around. The hotel is very clean and has modern rooms. They even had those sleep number beds where you control the firmness of the mattress. There is a business center where you can use the internet for free, and also free wireless if you bring your computer. I didn't use the gym or other ammenities because I was busy having fun in NYC! It was a great place to stay!

We came in to NYC to Penn Station from the Hamptons and then went to AC/DC at the Giants Stadium, so the hotel was in the perfect location for our travel needs and was walking distance to the newly opened High Line.
