Meeting Info
Down in the Refinery Hotels loading dock, fresh white walls and soaring two-story ceilings suggest that the 700-square-foot space is just waiting to be filled. This is the Hatbox, an industrial gallery space that creatives are renting out for all and sundry events: designers using the conference rooms projection screen to show next seasons threads; sculptors installing their latest; local brands installing a pop up shop. Gourmands: bring your silver bullet trailer and serve up brews and recipes to passersby. Or got a music video to shoot? Designed to honor the buildings history, a high-end millinery factory and tea salon, and located in New Yorks Fashion District, Refinery Hotels Hatbox will provide a versatile setting and a prime location to facilitate exceptionally unique displays and events for up to 50 guests.

Dining

Parker & Quinn
Parker & Quinn is something between an English pub and a Parisian wine bar serving American fare with regional twists, designed by the visionary Derek Sanders, an architect, style maker and bon vivant. The head chef is Jeffrey Forrest who has sharpened his knives all over the world, not the least of it in NYC with Daniel "Gourmet-burger-guru" Boulud.
Winnie's Lobby Bar
Through the vintage archway in the lobby is Refinerys own Winnies Lobby Lounge. A Lounge named after Miss Winifred T. McDonald who ran the bustling tea salon and the original site in the Colony Arcade Building " think gin served in teacups with scones, jams and cream to stylish women in need of respite after shopping on 5th Avenue and unwelcome at the areas bars. Today, dapper mixologists serve inventive cocktails and pour from an extensive whisky selection.
Refinery Rooftop
Moving skyward, the hotels industrial chic aesthetic continues out into the open air where the Refinery Rooftop does party time and quiet time in three indoor-and-outdoor hangout sections. Discover artisanal cocktails and selective wines to cinematic views of Manhattan and the Empire State Building. Even in winter, city sunsets glow through a retractable glass roof. Inside, a fountain and fireplace provide a backdrop to a roster of local live and DJ entertainment.

Hidden gem

Great location, very close to subway links, Macy's, Empire State Building and Times Square. On arrival requested a quiet rom and were offered an inner courtyard room, or 12tn floor with ESB view which we opted for. Rooms have some quirky decor, very well appointed and comfortable. And what a view we had! Hotel is very popular with the young cocktail set who frequent the trendy rooftop bar for expensive concoctions. This is often closed for private functions too. Despite the hustle and bustle of the bar, doesn't impact the rooms below noise wise. I would definitely return, and recommend to others. Staff very helpful and friendly in the whole.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurant and bars provided great hospitality, choice and luxury. The hotel staff and doormen could not be any more friendly and helpful. Will definatley be staying at the Refinery on our next trip. Rooftop bar is the best in New York.

Fantastic Hotel!

This hotel is amazing! It's very modern, very clean an very stylish! The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooftop bar is very trendy and the restaurant serve some great food. Myself and my husband are overly pleased with our stay and we certainly hope to stay at the Refinery Hotel next time we visit New York. I couldn't fault this hotel in any way! I love it!

good hotel overall.

Location was great. Super easy to walk to times squre if you are visiting. There are quite a few resturants nearby on the street over, a coffee/boba place right next door and they have a connecting resturant to the hotel. Only flaw there was stains on my sheets, kinda super gross. Complained and got switched to another room. overall the staff was welcoming and accomodating.

fantastic hotel deal

My only complaint is that my room faced a loud street. NYC is loud sometimes. The hotel is beautiful.
