Great location, clean rooms.

[...] The Hotel was on a corner close to Niagara Falls which was nice. The outside seemed very old, with just the rooms, and we had to check in at the store next door. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast. It seemed very low buget. However, the rooms inside were very clean, newly remodeled, the beds were very comfortable. The inside of the rooms were much better than the outside appearance.

the room is excellence, the king bed, wow!!! So comfortable that i feel asleep within few mintues. The location is perfect for walking distance to see the niagara falls and other adventures. The only thing is the exercise room which have half of machines are broken.

Good Location but Needs Improvement.

The hotel was clean and close to the Falls - within a short walking distance. If we had wanted to, we could have watched the fireworks from our room window. The rooms were clean; the staff was friendly and helpful; the pool area was very nice. However, they need to do some repairs - there is no air conditioning in the elevators or hallways. Also, the hotel bar was not open on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. After being out all day, we thought we'd have a quick drink before we went up to relax before dinner, but at 3pm the bar was not yet open. I would recommend this hotel just for the location alone.

Value rated average/ ordinary only because of the allowed smoking throughout casino, etc. Otherwise, fantastic and absolutely beautiful hotel done in/with Seneca style flavour & artwork - we were there for a show in the Bears Den done by an awesome entertainer (a friend of ours) who does an Elvis tribute. Non-smoking rooms very spacious and comfortable in the hotel, plus great food in the Thunder Falls buffet as well as Three Sisters Cafe; Tim Horton's Cold Stone also available as well as other food opportunities and gift shops. As to location, it's about 5 mins. from the Canadian/U.S. border and easy to find right off Rainbow Blvd. - left onto Fourth, straight up to hotel. Free self-parking as well, on hotel and casino side entrances.

We arrived early and were able to check in right away. The hotel is within walking distance to the falls. We spend the first day walking the falls on the American side. I've been to the falls many times but only discovered the Three Sisters Islands. Before dinner we were able to use the pool and hot tub. The Canadian Parks department had fireworks on Fridays and Sundays this summer at 10 pm. We felt the walk to the falls was safe. We watched the fireworks from the tower. We enjoyed the casino at night. On Saturday we were able to checkout using the TV so that was painless. We drove to the Canadian side Saturday. However, we waited about 40 minutes to cross the border. If we had it to do again we would have stayed parked at the hotel and walked to the Canadian side.

Beautiful hotel in an old brick building. The decor is gorgeous and modern. Rooms are super clean. Class meets comfort. Fresh baked cookies in the room. Complimentary breakfast and free valet parking. Observation lounge to view the natural surroundings. A lovely home away from home.

A night away for parents to play!

Overall the hotel was close to all activities in Niagara and staff was nice and helpful the only downfall was the leaking pipes in the parking garage and the carpet in the room was in need of shampooing and vacuuming and bathroom was in need of replacements of toilet and tub and minor repairs. Sheets had holes.

The hotel room was not clean. the carpets were dirty. the Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee and muffins - that is it. The coffee was good. the people working there are extremely disorganized. They were nice enough and very friendly but it was like their 1st day at work. Do not recommend. It is in a great location but would not go there again.

The hotel was clean and quiet. However, there was only one person at the front desk who seemed knowledgable about the area and attractions. We were told that the park trollies were only running on the weekends but when we got to the park they were running during the week. Other than that, the experience was good. The room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a nice area with ample free parking.

The carpets were not very clean. The coffee pot was missing the basket. Found the pool area uncomfortable especially in the evening. It was all glass on one side with total exposure to pedestrian sidewalk traffic.

There is no microwave and coffee maker in the room. There is no coffee provided in the lobby. The WiFi internet is good and fast. Otherwise the hotel looks neat and clean, enough parking facility, close to attractions.

I was very disappointed that the hotel charged for an extra night when I had cancelled the request and I had called the hoter and confirmed that there would not be any cancellation charges. This must be addressed with hotel manager as he is refusing to reinbust me for these charges

I went to Buffalo for the Postal Bowling Tournament. I was also able to go to and tour Niagra Falls Park. The trip was enjoyable. The hotel was very comfortable and near the AMF Thruway Bowling Center where we had to bowl. Additionally, it was also near the Seneca Casino that we visited. I would certainly recommend the hotel to any one going to that area.

Htl was nice, I went for business purpose, and couple of my friends came along. They charged 10 dollars extra per person, which I found odd but again its buffalo ny, not a very hip town. Overall, it wasn't bad, room were nice and clean. No closests though. Staff was nice. It was very good for the price I paid.

Just don't go this hotel, let me just give an idea on what was wrong when i stayed there: - comforter torn and very dirty - fridge temperature knob was broken - exhaust fan give me the music of haunted movies - overall very dirty and expensive room - internet was not working

The room was small and not furnished well. Paint was peeling. Bathroom toilet was slow in flushing. There were no water cups - not even cheap plastic ones. No coffee. On two occasions when I went to the office around 8 pm, no one was there. On my third attempt, I rang the bell and after 5 minutes a girl, clearly the daughter of the manager showed up with a sleepy and sour face and answered no to my questions. I expresed my anger to her and later her father showed up at my door and said if I was unhappy I could leave and said he will convey my demand for refund the next day to the owner. But a few minutes later he came back angry and said I could leave righ awy and he will refund the money. As I was getting ready to leave he said I should wait because the owner was on his way. A few minutes later the owner did come and he did not apologize or offer better services butg said I should have left earlier so that he could have given the room to someone else. It was a very poor way to run a hotel business.

It couldn't be nearer to the Falls. The hotel is good and clean. Breakfast is OK but not continental as they call it. I wouldn't mind it actually since you can find things to eat. However, they should only say "breakfast is included" instead of saying continental!!

SUPER easy to get to Niagara Falls!

Although we didn't have enough time at the hotel to use their indoor pool and fitness center, we had a more fun-filled and relaxing trip to Niagara Falls this year. Hotel breakfast was plentiful and tasty! Traveling mid-week helped us beat the crowds!

On a two week road trip with my husband (78) and our son (54), we reserved this hotel on August 15. On arrival on Sept. 30, we were given a room on the second floor (with no elevator) and had to haul everything up the stairs and down a long hall to the other end of the building. Not only was there no elevator, but no microwave or refrigerator. Only two pillows for each bed....hard to prop up on the bed and relax to watch TV with one pillow. The extra one on our sons bed really didn't help the three people. Seems that reserving a room 6 weeks ahead still puts you on the 2nd floor a block away from the stairs! We were not happy.

THe hotel is as standard as any other HI Express hotels. Nice hot breakfast in the morning (it does get very crowded though). Short drive (about 10-15mins) from the falls and in a decent location.

Great place, short drive from falls

Pros: Very clean, everything was new, free parking & free WiFi
Cons: Room was a little small, with a small
bathroom.
Stayed here one night with my brother. We had a room with 2queen beds. The room was well laid out with modern fittings, everything was new. The room is on the small side though, was ok for two people, four will be tight. On the whole, great hotel, short drive to the falls. Breakfast was reasonably priced for a hotel & tasted good. Will stay here again.

Our goal in finding a hotel in Niaraga was for it to be cheap enough that we could use the money saved on a hotel room to do other activities, such as Maid of the Mist. This hotel was a big help in achieving that goal and I almost didn't believe the price I found online. We weren't expecting anything fancy for the price we paid & we got about what we expected. Everything seemed to be clean, but this isn't a place to go expecting luxury amenities. We were looking for a great deal on a place to lay our heads at night, and that's exactly what we got.

We looked for somewhere to stay near Niagra falls. We booked because of the price, but next time would look for somewhere closer to the falls.
The beds were good, the room was clean and it met our basic needs. However for a few dollars more we would probably stay somewhere just a little nicer next time.
The only real negative coments were that the walls are very thin and when our neighbours came in late we could hear every word they said until they went to sleep.

fairly close drive to niagara falls. Was fairly small. had a somewhat damp smell. No phone in room. Skimpy on toiletries. Asked for 4 towels only given 3. No complimentary breakfest. Nice enough person at desk.

Overall good experience as I was at Hotel just for night sleep. Not a good choice in case you are planning to spend more time at hotel than sight seeing.
Pros - Ample of parking space. Near to Niagara Falls state park
Cons - Smelly hallway. Compact rooms.

Staying at this motel was priced well and the staff were incredibly friendly. Since we are from Canada and were just down for the weekend, we had questions about how the local shuttle works and how to get to the fashion outlet mall and casino and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly when providing answers. The rooms were on the smaller side, however, if you are planning on doing sight-seeing, shopping or generally touring around the Niagara Falls area, the motel is perfect. The room temperature can easily be controlled by the air conditioning/heating unit in the room.
