Super 8 Niagara Falls

No Wi/Fi internet working No washroom exhaust fan working very dirty and smoke smelling hall and room washroom very dirty bed and breakfast not good and could not eat overall very embarassed with the service

This is the worse Super 8 we ever stayed at. Your heard EVERYTHING! Location is VERY bad, slummy.

Fantastic getaway spot for the new wifey would recommend to all.

Good staff and very helpful. The room needs bit upgrade.

Dirty lobby, dirty furniture, ugly bedding, bad smell in rooms, internet is unaccessible from remote rooms, lousy breakfast. The worst price/quality balance I've ever had,one can find a luxury Marriott for that money. Not to mention bad neighborhood.

the only good thing was that it is walking distance to the falls. the super 8 itself was disgusting. it was dirty and smelled horrible. my kids sd mom are we staying at the super 8 or the nasty 8. i would not recommend this hotel at all.

Hotel is nice thought i found it to be little expensive for the facilities. There is a limited parking space available. It would take 10-15 mins walk to Niagara state park so you can leave vehicle to avoid parking fee inside the park. But there are hotels much closure to the state park and i think we can get them for the same price to avoid some walk.

We have stayed in Super 8 in different locations several times and have been very pleased with the price, service and aesthetics. I wont blame the state of the American side of the Niagara Falls on the hotel. However the hotel shows signs of neglect. The poorly lit parking lot and the lack of parking spaces, unless you choose to just park in the grass of the vacant/ pot holed lot beside the hotel. This visual is obviously vacant from pictures. The most disappointing moment with the stay was the smell that lingered the entire time We were there. The hall way and common room must have had water damage and wasn't cleaned properly. We figured it had just happened and they were working on it. However the carpet stayed wet while we were there. When we asked about the smell they asked "What smell?" I was surprise when other patrons failed to bring this up. The cleaning staff was loud enough to be heard from down the hall. The patrons have entirely too loud conversations in the hall way. Management did little to promote a noise free environment. At the end of our trip we were very glad to check out. I do not recommend this place unless it makes dramatic changes in the future.

The room is better than expected. Except for the breakfast, everything was great!

The hotel room was not clean. the carpets were dirty. the Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee and muffins - that is it. The coffee was good. the people working there are extremely disorganized. They were nice enough and very friendly but it was like their 1st day at work. Do not recommend. It is in a great location but would not go there again.
