We used our weekend as a jump off point for seeing 2 of our sons at a summer camp North of Plattsburg. The stay was not bad - The beds are VERY comfortable (I like a "softer" mattres) Rooms were acceptable for what we paid. Resturants were only a short drive.

My wife and I visited family and where very comfortable. The only thing I can think of is maybe an iron in the room. The comparison to other trips we have taken the rooms where very clean. The cleaning person did an excellent job on the room. Very good experience.

I booked a suite for 2 nights. Room was disgusting, stayed for 1 hour and wouldn't give me a refund. Staff was very unprofessional and unfair. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Used Days Inns over 40 years. Good place to stay.

this hotel is decent for the price, clean and there is a mall within 10 minutes, and restaurants nearby.

The hotel fit our needs and the price was fair. We asked gor a room facing away from the highway ramp which is a major exit/entrance to the town and they were accomodating. I suggest this as noise was not an issue. The room was comfortable and neat and serviced for our two nights stay. The fitness room had 3 machines and 2 were broken. The breakfast had many good choices and the make-your-own-waffle was neat. The room tends to get crowded, but that's expected. Will stay here again at this price. The easy access to the major highway, the university, the downtown and to a fine restaurant were values, too.

Hotel appears to have been built in the 80's and has not changed much since. I had a non-smoking room but the floor was 1/2 smoking so the entire floor smelled of smoke. The A/C unit smelled like an ashtray. The water pressure is so poor, the shower was like a drizzle. Most of the showerhead settings did not work due to the poor pressure. Breakfast is anything but "deluxe". Weak coffee, very few choices and the staff seemed reluctant to refill basics such as juice or fruit. Very basic to say the least. The fitness room has only 1 piece of equipment without an "out of order" sign. I stayed for 6 nights and the hotel was full each night I was there - very good for the Plattsburgh area. It seems that the few changes required could be done quite easily but for some reason, they choose not to. I don't think a decent shower and adequate workout facilities is asking too much. I would not stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was okay, bathroom extremely small. Breakfast was just okay; nothing special. Each morning all the laundry carts line up to go down the elevator and it is not accessible for travelors. Staircase is okay but not overly lit. Generally not great for the amount spent on the room.
