Great Stay
Nice rooms and very comfortable! Breakfast was great. It did take a while to check in when I first got there. They were busy with one person at the front. Pool was nice and warm, only gets to 4 feet.

The Strong Musuem of Play was the best museum I have ever been to in my life and not too far at all!

ok but hot tub out of order
our stay was just ok been working tons lately and wanted a night away and just to soak in a hot tub put on our suits went down to pool only to find out it was out of order BUMMER I would recomend this hotel to others but would call ahead to see if ammenities were in working order

North New York State break
The hotel is well located and in easy reach of Rochester downtown, the coast, Erie canal area and the Finger Lakes. It is just off East Ridge where there are some good restaurants that are not chains. Good pool and breakfast. Staff very friendly.

First trip to Rochester
A really good couple of nights stay. Excellent staff throughout. Very attentive. Good breakfast. Room and hotel in general very clean and bright.

A great stay
Convenient location. Excellent service. Very clean and comfortable room, great bed, bedding, and towels. Hot, plenitful breakfast. Indoor pool and gym, business center. My only complaint was noise from the traffic in the room above. [Not enough soundproofing?] I would definitely stay here again, but would ask for a top floor room.

An enjoyable stay
We were in town for a funeral. The room was clean and well-appointed. It was quiet and the curtains were light blocking which allowed us to get a good night's sleep. I usually like to have a fridge and microwave, but we were in the room so little that we didn't miss it. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

That hoilday inn
The customer service at the hoilday inn express is just awful. The manager is very rude and nasty with customers the room are not like shown on the internet and the so called complimentary breakfast isn't so complimentary it was the worse trip taken thust far.

Pleasant stay for a family of 4
We stayed in a double-queeen room, which was clean but not very spacious. One spot is that it didn't have a frig. The pool and fitness room located just across the lobby are ok. The continental breakfast didn't have much of selection and was just ok. Parking space was ample. Overall, I found this hotel a good deal given the affordable rates.
