Off exit 19 of I-390. U of R 3miles U R.I.T. 3 miles U Strong Hospital 3 miles U ESL Sports 4 miles I-90. Only six miles away from downtown Rochester, Blue Cross Arena, Frontier Field and Auditorium Hall. Historic landmarks such as the George Eastman House, Susan B. Anthony House and Strong Museum are just a few miles away. It is also centrally located to many restaurants, lounges and shopping. It is the perfect location while visiting the major colleges and universities in Rochester. Park N Fly facility available. Free local and long distance phone calls. Refundable Pet deposit 25.00 USD. Pet limit: 2 pets per room up to 100 pounds. For cash paying guests, a 50.00 cash deposit required upon eck-in, refundable at check out, upon room inspection.

Older hotel needs attention

Just an overnight stay - but would not want to stay any longer. Older hotel and it shows it. Room was OK and bed comfortable. Free breakfast ugh.

OK, not fancy

The Quality Inn is very basic as far as the rooms go. A very early starting breakfast is helpful for folks who have early airport departures. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Surrounding area, mostly industrial. Erie Canal bike path right nearby, great for running, walking, biking.

Stay in Rochester

Visiting a friend at Hyland Hospital Hospice. Shuttle bus was great. saved me time. Nice people!

Positive experience

A good friend and I attended a convention at a downtown church and the commute was easy. The location allowed me to visit the neighborhood where I grew up and realize how close the hotel is to the Greater Rochester Airport. We enjoyed our stay!

Driving downtown on Chili Ave to West Main Street is easier and less confusing than using the expressway system.

Good Hotel

Very nice and clean hotel. However, for business travelers, the internet was very flaky. Though the wireless connection was stable, the internet itself consistently dropped in and out.

Don't go to the Burger Kind across the street. The food was absolutely horrible compared to other BK restaurants.

Cheap price, but

Had 2 rooms, in one room it had a broken mirror. Reported it and they put me in amnother room that look like it had not been vacuum in a while.
