What you would expect for the price
Stayed at the hotel about ten years ago it was very nice at that time. It still a convenient location to stay at during the state swim meet, just needs a little cleaning and updating of carpet and furniture. But you get what you pay for.

Surprisingly lovely
The parking lot was a little tricky to get into, but the location was very convenient. The outlets were a little loose so it was easy for the plugs to fall out. There were also very few outlets to plug our electronics into. Other than that, the place was rather amazing for the price we paid.

At least the Hotel Staff was nice!!!!
Upon checking in to the Hotel, we were a little apprehensive. Upon being reassured by the check in that we were going to be in the Presidential Suite, and would be very impressed, I felt a little more at ease. Upon entering the room we were apalled at the filth. The towels were stained and the drawer in the bedroom nightstand table was full of cigarette butts and ashes. Numerous butts and a pile of ashes in the drawer. The central A/C system was not working wither. There was a window unit installed in the Living Room area which was inadequate to cool the entire 2 bedroom unit. The unit was very noisy and had to run at maximum the entire time in order to make the room somewhat cool. This was not too bad as we were gone most of the daytime hours. This unit was installed with cardboard and taped into the living room window. In the bedroom shared by my wife and myself, the lower window was broken and replaced with some type of wall board making it impossible to see outside. The mattresses were terrible as well. The location of the Hotel was horrible as well. The entrance to the rooms was directly across a narrow parking area from the dumpsters and compactors behind a large store, Target I believe. The staff was very friendly, and we thanked them for letting us leave a day early.

Short walk from hotel
The actual location of the Hotel is a favorite of mine. This area is convenient for me when I travel as I have family inthe North Canton area. Close to fantastic shopping (Belden Village) and restaurants galore.
