Great weekend getaway for my wife and I
The Hotel was great. The only thing that suprised me was the age of the television. Other then that the room was good and the proximity was great to downtown things we wanted to do.

I choose this hotel because it was just a short walk away from the Procter and Gamble Hall where I saw the play Wicked.

Great location and very helpful staff. There is no hotel self parking which was very frustrating for us.

Showers need updating
For a hayatt hotel in downtown Cincinnati it struck me as very regular. The rooms reminded me of off the highway hotels. Bathtubs and showers need updatingBreakfast was below average and expensive.

Great, Modern Hotel
Had a great time in this hotel with its clean, modern feel, its up-to-date workout facilities, and refreshing pool/whirlpool spa. The knowledgeable staff was the cherry-on-top to complete our visit so we reached all of the town's hot spots.

Had dinner at Local 127 and found an amazing presentation of homemade good eats and a "fine dining for less" cuisine.

Restaurant needs work !
Champs restaurant in the hotel was very dirty, tables not cleaned and very poorly staffed. Noone seemed to know where they were supposed to be or what they were supposed to do. And I am sorry $15.95 for a cheese burger in CIncinatti is a little much ! The hotel it self was a little shop woorn but the staff was very attentive.

Service oriented
Arrived before noon and our room was ready, every one at the hotel were extremely nice. Had dinner at Champs, great walleye and chips. I was up early in the am before coffee was able to purchase and the registration clerk asked if I would like a cup of coffee. He gave me a cup from the office. Location to the Great American Ball Park for the Paul McCartney concert was a three block walk.
