All was great but the parking staff
The room and staff in the hotel were fine but the parking attendent on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning was dreadful. Short-temperment, no "please" or "thank you's", rude 100%. Has no business being in any customer service role. I would not stay again only b/c of this man.

Close to many sights.
I had a good continental breakfast that included eggs and sausage and good coffee. There was an older air conditioner that was noisy but effective. My bedside lamps (both of them) did not work and that was annoying. The hotel was OK but not special.

Served its purpose
The room was comfortable and clean, but the check-in process and billing was confusing and a little frustrating. Online information was different than information at the hotel. The shuttle service to the Cleveland Clinic was a nice plus. The parking was a nightmare, though.

The Cleveland Science Center is a blast! Very kid-friendly with lots of great hands-on exhibits. Fun for adults, too!

Stay Away!!!!!!!
the place is old and dirty. you must navigate through low-lifes that loiter around the entrance where no one from management does anything to discourage this. the walls are paper thin and you get to listen to your neighbors go at it if that is your thing. i would NEVER, EVER stay there again. parking is reasonable there though. the bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. the blinds would not stay closed all the way, so that was also nice that people could see directly into the room.

Decent place to stay for Browns Game
OK room -- beds were nice, room and hallways were just a little dingy. My son and I stayed there before a Browns game -- I initially made the reservation because I thought we would be taking our dog -- I am not sure where we would have walked her though. Staff was accommodating -- both prior to arrival and during our stay. It was OK for the price -- pretty quiet for the night before a big game (Browns/Bengals.) Neighborhood was OK -- we walked for Sushi -- I would not stray too far of the beaten path though. I'd stay there again in a pinch.

good location, great price
The location was great. We enjoyed a quick and safe walk to Progressive Field. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They made suggestions for a nice place to eat and enjoy an outside cocktail. The only complaint I have is the parking. It cost $7.50. The lot was small. Upon leaving, the parking attendant had to move several cars that had blocked us in, however, he was pleasant and quick.

Nice place
I didn't know this before. If I had called the Comfort Inn direct, I would have gotten a reduced rate plus free parking because my granddaughter was in Cleveland Clinic and I needed to have a place to stay for two days.

Nice hotel, good location.
Nice hotel for economy minded travelers. Reviews which state that hotel is in a bad neigborhood, clearly do not know what a bad neighborhood really is like. The hotel is 2 short blocks to playhouse square and some very good restaurants. Hotel has good rates for families who are visiting the Cleveland Clinic and has free free and frequent transportation to the clinic.
