Days Inn Cleveland Lakewood

Location was close to where we needed to be but would not recommend or stay there again. Hallways dirty, comforter in room was very dirty, and was afraid of shower ... Wore flip flops to shower.

First time using the toilet in room #1 it flowed over. Staff moved us to room next door. Second day, returning from being out in the afternoon, came back to hotel with no electricity. Was told by hotel manager that we'd recieve full refund. Waiting

IT was fine. The experience was good for an overnight business travel.

This Days Inn was clean. The staff was helpful and would do whatever was needed to make my stay enjoyable. I had problems connecting to the internet, problem solved. I needed something faxed, problem solved. It is what you expect from a Days Inn. The location is decent. There are a few things to do in walking distance and you are not that far from down town I would stay again if i had to.

We stayed there because we traveled to Cleveland for a special show to celebrate our Anniversary. Honestly, our room was not very clean and the hotel is a little run down. We both woke up sore from the uncomfortable mattress and pillows. However, I was pleased with the compensation from the hotel for our dissatisfaction and it was a convenient location at a good price.

I took this Trip because I had an Older Sister that was in very Serious Condition at a Hospital. I stayed for 4 Days and Very Sad to say She Passed away. I did a lot of Touring with My Younger Sister and We enjoyed it very much despite the Loss of Our Older Sister. The Hotel {Days Inn] had Empty Drink Machines All of My stay and the Weather was very Hot so a Cold Drink would have been really good. I have no Complaints about My other Trips but on this Trip the Accomodations needed to Improve. All the Arrangements [...] have ever made for Me have been really Great with 0 problems. The Days Inn needs to correct Their Own problems. The other problem concerned the supposed Breakfast. Coffee and BlueBerry Muffins or a Toasted Biscuit came up a Little short and I heard many complaints from the Other Patrons. I have used Cheap Tickets several Times and I would Highly Recommend Them to Others. Thank You for Your Services.

BAD HOTEL. VERY VERY BAD Condition Restroom was DIRTY Restroom was the tiniest i have EVER witnessed in a hotel ! BAthroom did not close shut, was getting jammed BReakfast was below below below PAR I have seen in a Days Inn. Very unfriendly front desk. They dont serve bread here ! When I asked them, they were like.. Bread ? WHat Bread - we have never served it for years !! This is SO NOT DAYS INN ! More like one cheap motel. Dont stay here ! Pathetic

The air didnt work, the room had a funny smell, loud, horrible stay Ill never stay at Days Inn anywhere again

Having read about the Days Inn I was very surprised and pleased to stay in a very nice, recently renovated room on the second floor. All new carpet, furniture, bathroom etc. Just the TV was pre-flatscreen ear, but fully functional. Nice breakfast in a small room, where you hope not everyone eats at the same time!

My wife and my 2 sons went to Cleveland to support the Pittsburgh Steelers who played their last game of the season there, on Sunday January 2... so, we spent New Year´s eve there too and visited also the Rock´n´roll hall of fame. The Hotel was in a great location, outside of downtown but close to Detroit Street, which has great restaurants
