Hospital trip one night stay

It was ok, traveled with a sick person, no where to eat, had to walk everywhere, couldn't get a cab, hotel is extremely old, idly our in to historic your in the right place. We are more into finer places. No parking, huge fees, great valet but had to pay also. No food and old hotel, just waited for our hospital appt. it was just ok, close to hosp.

Execellent Location & Great Service

I was in town to catch a couple of Indians games, and see old family sites. The location couldn't better, with Progressive Field within walking distance, and several restaurants nearby. The staff was really friendly and helpful must be a combination of great training, and genuinely nice people. The rooms are HUGE, and I love the VERY high ceilings. Maintenance was on point, and detailed. I can't wait to stay there this upcoming Tribe season!!!

Loud

As far as cleanliness and hospitality it was a good experience, however it was possibly the loudest hotel ever. There is no carpet in the rooms and that leaves a large gap under the doors. So then you can here everything out in the hallways and the adjoining room which gets awkward.

Cleveland stay

I was very impressed when I entered the hotel room. Wood floors (laminate I believe) were very clean and not what I'm used to seeing when walking into a hotel room. There was a separate area when I first walked in that consisted of a mini kitchen w/ a fridge, sink, microwave and coffee pot. I was very impressed with the room overall and the bed was comfortable with both firm and soft pillows provided. The staff was very polite and welcoming as well. The location was perfect for all the downtown festivities. Walking distance to everything. I will definitely be keeping Holiday Inn Express in mind for my next Cleveland stay.

Excellent!!

I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if I returned to Cleveland. The location is excellent for Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, Browns stadium, Indians stadium, restaurants and night life. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious! The hotel staff were very nice!

Good location

Requested and reserved a room with 2 queen beds but at check in received a king room. The room did have a sofa bed which worked ok, but would have preferred 2 queen beds. Location was great!

Over night concert

When we arrived at the hotel we found out that we had to go around the corner to park in a parking garage that we would be charged 14.00 to as much as 20.00 plus. When checking in the rooms with 2 queen beds were not ready. check in was at 4pm we were there at 4:45. we pre ordered a roll out bed and also told the man at the desk. He said one would be delivered to the room before we came back from our concert. It was not. so we called front desk and was told that they were out. and that we would have to talk to a manager in the morning when we checked out. The only thing they did for us as far as refunding us anything was to take the parking cost off our bill. The employees seemed very confused as to how to solve our problem with the bed. We feel that since we requested the bed so far in advance that we should have been better compensated for our inconvience. so I would rate this hotel staff very poor. The room it self was beautiful and very roomy and clean. We also were shocked to see that the elevators were so small it was as if we were in a broom closet and then they only had 2 of the 4 running. In closing we will never stay there again, unless things would ever change with this being a complete refund back to us.
