Great Stay!
My husband and I were traveling to Columbus for a Saturday-night concert. We basically needed a place to sleep before driving home on Sunday. This hotel was a great choice for us! We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks, then walked a few short blocks to the show. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the hot breakfast on Sunday morning. If I had to register a complaint, it would be that the wait for the elevators was VERY long (almost ten minutes on Sunday morning). In a facility this large, two elevators just isn't enough.

-WE WERE ATTENDING A FUNCTION FOR MY SON'S SCHOOL IN THE AREA. -THE KEYS DID NOT WORK FOR THE PARKING GARAGE IN OR OUT, WHICH COULD BE DANGEROUS, IF YOU HAVE TO PAY IT SHOULD WORK AND WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT AND WAIT FOR CALL BUTTON TO WORK. -FOOD AND HAPPY HOUR GOOD AND THE STAFF WORKING IT VERY POLITE. -POOL NICE. -STAFF AT CHECK IN VERY HELPFUL. -THE ROOMS WERE AVERAGE, COFFEE IN ROOM HORRIBLE, SHAMPOO BAD, BEDS COMFY, NO TELEPHONE BOOK, INTERNET ACCESS GOOD, DECOR DATED, COUNTER SPACE SMALL (TINY),AND NO SAFE IN ROOM. -ALL IN ALL OKAY. -WOULDN'T SPEND THE MONEY AGAIN.

We selected the Drury because it was so highly rated on Travel Advisor. Everything was very fine except that the walls are apparently very thin and we could hear conversations and noise from other rooms that kept us mostly awake until 2AM or so. I recommend it with some reservations.

Convenient Hotel
The hotel was convenient to the activity we were there for. The room was next to the ice machine and was noisy most of the night. You could also hear the guests in the next room quite well. The room was clean but had no view. The clientele was mostly families with small to teen children that were not well behaved.

Hell City attendees
Fantastic
The Drury Inn is fantastic. It's attached to the Convention Center which is why we picked it. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spotless and neat. They have a terrific hot breakfast buffett and offer free appetizers and drinks each night you stay. You cannot beat that ! Parking is in their attached parking garage, so you can access your car anytime you need to and don't have to mess around waiting for the valet. We will definitely be staying here again next year when we got to Columbus.

The Best Customer Service!
I was in Columbus on a business convention. All members of their staff were friendly and accommodating. If in Columbus again, this would be my number one choice.

Dance Competition
The staff was just great! They let me check in early so we could change for the competition there so we didn't have to use the bathrooms at the convention center. They were very friendly and helpful especially the next day when I needed help in getting back on the interstate.

Great place next to convention center
Attending a convention in the Convention Center which was linked to the motel by a covered walkway. Security in and out was great: have to use room key to use elevator, doors, and walkway to Convention Center. Very pleasant and quiet setting!
