Clean, pleasant hotel

Good Game Day Hotel
The hotel was perfect to stay at the night before the OSU game and take a tax it stadium on game day. Staff was good and breakfast was very good and organized with staff helping.

Good, not perfect
The stay is overall enjoyable - good place, nice staff, nice breakfast etc.. But there was no toothbrush in the room and the heater made the room even drier than on an airplane. It would be perfect without these little downsides.

Nice, clean room
Right by the highway. They have a deal with Blue Cab to and from the airport for a reasonable price. In the process of updating/redecorating, but not a mess at all. Front desk very helpful.

Pleasant Stay During Long Road Trip
Check-in was late in the evening following a long day on the road. Check-in was quick with a friendly, very professional staff member. Room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped with items that would be expected at a hotel with a much higher price. In the morning, it was a pleasant surprise to have an excellent hot breakfast.

In Hotel
The hot items and other items available at the complimentary breakfast provide a meal sufficient to begin the day. There is no need to search for another breakfast place. This saves money and time at the beginning of the new day.

Nice hotel in okay area
Was there for a college visit to OSU. In a good location with respect to the campus, however the neighborhood isn't the nicest. Hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel itself was very nice but it is currently under renovations and the pool was closed. My children were looking forward to using the pool, so that was a bit disappointing.

Convenient and affordable
We were passing through the Columbus area and found this hotel to be in a great location with respect to the Interstate. It was not in the most picturesque location but as we were just looking for a quiet, safe and clean place to lay our heads for the night, we found it more than adequate. The hotel staff were also very understanding about our late check in time as well. The rooms were relatively spacious, clean and well appointed. There was even a refrigerator which is an important feature for families. The free hot breakfast was also a great feature. All in all, the hotel was a good value and it more than met our expectations.

Wi Fi Frustration
Visited nearby OSU. I could not get a good connection to the wireless internet, even after telling front desk. Previously I stayed at this hotel, and the connection to the internet was excellent.
