Horrible Stay

We stayed here for a wedding Oct 8-9, and although they did a great job with the wedding, our stay was horrible. We upgraded to a suite, but when we got to the room, we actually had holes punched in the walls and the rack in the closet was torn off the wall. When I called the front desk about 2 minutes after we got to our room, they not only did not offer us another room, but also implied that "those holes weren't there before." Probably won't stay at another Holiday Inn because of this experience.

Not quite what was expected.

Although the room was nice, and the food was excellent, the location was not in an area I would have liked to stay in.The room I booked ahead of time through [...] was changed, although I was told it was an 'upgrade', it seemed more of a downgrade. Also, if anyone is interested, the photos posted on [...] are from the Holiday Inn jacuzzi suites, and not the Executive Suites. Although I booked the room, and paid ahead of time through [...], I was VERY disappointed to find out that when I was asked for my credit card to cover additional costs, the hotel charged me for the room a second time. I caught this while checking my online banking account while at the hotel, so I inquired about the charge within an hour after I arrived. The woman at the front desk told me the charge would be reversed, and not to worry about it, although it has been a week since my stay, and the amount has yet to be reversed.If you have plenty of money, and don't care about the hotel's location, or what kind of room you will get, you should at least be happy with the friendly attitude of their employees.

Nice Staff

The hotel staff was friendly, but the price was too high for the room. The beds were very uncomfortable, my neck and back still hurt a week later.
