Nice place, good location

This is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are a bit small, and by having a clothes rack rather than a closet, it appears that it was once a Holiday Inn. However, it has a bar next door, many restaurants in the area, and a great location right off the expressway (I-40). Clean rooms and a friendly staff, so all in all a good place to stay, at a good price.

my itinerary stated check in at 1pm, I arrived at 1 pm. check in was 3pm, the room wasnt ready until 4pm. Three hours in the parking lot did nothing to improve my trip. Apart from that the room was as expected.

The outdoor pool was great! My kids loved it!
The breakfast was fantastic, but the room was disappointing for the money.
The room was clean but old, the TVs were small and older, and the beds were like boards! The door was warped and let lots of AC escape even when it was shut.

The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, and not very far from the hot spots. The hotel isn't easy to spot since it's set back off the road a bit.
The facilities are older, but the staff does a good job keeping everything clean. They do have a free breakfast and a complementary social hour.
It's not the Hilton, but your not paying that price either.

Wanted a quick place to spend the night, on business, traveling. IT was ok, not great and not horrible. Service was good, hotel was over all clean, but my room smelt stale. It smelt like it had been smoked in over years of time. Even though it was all non smoking, including the balconies, the room had a used to be smoking smell. Room next door was rather loud, walls are thin. Room was over the pool, pool was loud. Walls were THIN. For 100 dollars, I suppose it was ok. Ill pay more and stay somewhere else next time.

Enjoyable. Staff was extremely helpful! Restaurant staff gave us several suggestions regarding directions to Santa Fe and best times to travel to avoid heavy traffic. Very friendly, even the cleaning staff. A few updates would have made it more attractive. Large hotel on very small property. Driveways were tight in some areas however, the location to Old Town was very convenient.

Hotel was amazing! We were 10 minutes away for the Chesapeak Arena, and thats just what we wanted! Bed was very comfortable and clean. overal room was very clean and nice! The staff were not very friendly is my only complaint!

Great Clean Room with friendly service

I was traveling with several girlfriends and we were all pleased with the room. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was VERY clean with a securely locking door. We never had to question our safety.
The Motel is right on the Trolley route, so you can jump on the Trolley and head downtown to where all the action is. We were there for New Year's Eve and the Trolley was free for the holidays, but it is normally only $1 each way. You can then walk to many locations or catch another trolley line that runs past Bricktown, the Memorial, the Ballfield and most other attractions. I think the Trolley's that run downtown to the attractions is only $.25, so it's definately a great option if you don't want to have to worry about parking and finding your way around.
The Motel does not have a pool or anything, but when I travel I don't use them anyway. I'm there to see the city, not hang out at the hotel. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room in addition to a coffee maker and hair dryer, that's about all I need.
There are several restaurants in the immediate area, and we enjoyed a good burger at the Sports Bar across the street.
I would definately recommend it and will book again when I'm in OKC.

We paid 1/3 of the listed room price [...] for a room in a motel that sits directly next to one with reviews of roaches and shady characters.We found NO SUCH thing at our Super 8. It was clean and friendly and even had free breakfast and WI-FI! Our friends up the road at the "ritzy" Hilton had to pay 3x us and then still had to pay 10 bucks more for breakfast each day! haha!Seriously, this place was more that you need when traveling on a budget, with no sacrifices! Why pay more?! Can't wait to go back.

Motel is old with a recent facelift. Clean, comfortable king bed, close to where we needed to be for a quick trip to the city. Just overnight, need that area? Can't beat the price for sure!

The water for the shower was lukewarm. The lady at the desk said it was some kind of safety precaution. Also the parking was very close quarters. I was not comfortable leaving my car thinking maybe it would be clipped by another trying to get out of the lot.

Once you leave the OKC downtown area you will see that the remainder of the city is not nearly as clean and inviting. The hotel was okay, but nothing to brag about. The room itself felt pretty clean, but the tub could have been cleaned better. Quite a difference from our previous night's stay in Ft. Worth at the Homewood Suite by HIlton. Paid the same price for both locations ($79) and Homewood definitely came out the winner. I clicked the entry ""Yes, I would recommend to a friend"" only because If you just need a bed for the night and don't want to pay the high prices of the downtown hotels, this hotel will do it.

The website claims there is microwave and fridge in room but that must be only special rooms because that was lacking in mine. The beds sucked but the room was clean and all we needed for the short stay.

this is a suite hotel with OLD appliances, even gas stoves. I was there over a weekend for business -not for but during a car show. The hotel allowed cars to be parked in clients parking so when I arrived late there was no safe parking for me on 2 of 3 nights.
There is no sound barrier between rooms, the room was dirty, with wet carpets. When I complained I was told rudely that mgmt would be told, but nothing changed.

This hotel is a really dirty place , they have druggies and The place itself is gross- they rent out rooms for people to stay there for months @ a time and the same rooms that have been lived in by these people are just vacumed n spot cleaned. The pool IS FILTHY, it had cigarrete buds in it and a film of white dirt on it!!!! IF U HAVE KIDS U WOULDNT WANT THEM IN THAT! I suggest u spend the extra money to get a nice place because this place wont give u a refund after 15 minutes of ck in. Couches sink in and carpets are really stained. TERRIBLE HOTEL.

This hotel was probably nice 20 years ago but now it is falling apart. The walkways were stained and unkempt, trash cans overflowing. The fold out couch was very old and uncomfortable even for my 80 pound son, forget about an adult trying to sleep on it. There are also fees for children beyond the standard two adults so be aware if you make a reservation.

However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. The people that they let stay at the hotel are for the most convicts a lot of them. Most of them are in rehab. The staff is very friendly though. I just made sure my doors were locked. The lady on sight can handle it.

first no elevator for the long walk to the 2nd floor, no fridge in the room, 1 bottle of water in the room. we wnt to the bar for desert and they did not have any of the items that I wanted on the menu.
I wound up having what my wife and son was having. I asked for a 4:00 am wakeup call and did not get it.
I also asked for more towels and I had to go find them 3 hours later.

We were disappointed to discover that the indoor, heated pool that I had gone out of my way to locate was dry due to resurfacing. Wish that had not been listed as an amenity.
The room was clean and comfortable. No other complaints except that housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9:00a on Saturday.
The breakfast was pretty good. Overall, if the pool had been as advertised, I would have been happy.

Our first night at the hotel did not go well. We had made reservations for a non- smoking room but instead we were put in a smoking room. It was very late and we we're so tired that we did not want to ask to be moved to a non-smoking room. Next morning we spoke the hotel manager that had reservations for a non- smoking [...] The hotel manager did move us to a non-smoking room without any hesitation, 4th floor room 429, and we were very grateful!!! The room was very clean and free of smoke ordor!! Our rest our stay was relaxing and fun!!

Good stay for early flight out

I was catching an early flight, the wakeup call was on time and the shuttle was on time. I room was ok, it's an old hotel.

We decided to stay at the Biltmore during the NRHA Futurity and sad to say, were disappointed. Our room had stains on the carpet and couch, and the tiles looked dirty in the bath and needed caulk. They gave us 2 conditioners and 2 requests had to be made to get shampoo. The shuttle situation was especially difficult; although the drivers were nice there was not enough room for groups (we had 5 in our party) and if there was another couple then either we had to give up the shuttle or they did. It was very frustrating and they need to either use a larger van or contract more than one during the Futurity. Buffet food was not as warm as it could have been. Sorry to say, just a disappointment after our stay there 2 years ago.

Great Stay at the Marriott!

Everyone was very friendly! Multiple times we were asked by various staff members how we were enjoying our stay. The room was very clean and quiet! Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed coffee to go multiple times. We would definitely go back! I was nervous about the pool temperature based on a previous review that I read, but the temperature was perfect! We swam in the evening and in the morning before checking out!

Great Hotel, great big room, super clean, walk in closet, flat screen TV that you can swivel to living area or bedroom. Wet bar was cool too, had microwave and fridge. The staff was great at greeting warmly and always spoke as you walked by the desk. Even the janitor in the hallway had a warm smile and kind words. The free breakfast was excellent.
I highly recommend the hotel, short drive to downtown and convention facilities. Lots of restaurants with walking distance.

This is a great hotel. It's very clean, and the staff is very helpful. Their daily breakfast is really good--a nice mixture of hot and cold selections. The only drawback was the country and western bar next door. We were there over a long weekend, and there was a lot of partying below our window and in the room next door.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility was. For the price paid I was afraid of what we might end up with. Room was clean and there was a great variety on the breakfast buffet. The only negative we noticed was how easy it was to hear the noises in the surrounding rooms.
