[...]is unreliable
The hotel was fine however [...]claimed that the hotel offered a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and they do not. The lasy at the front desk was very difficult to work with

The Ugly
I flew in from Sac to Oklahoma City and on line it said there was a shuttle to the motel...there was none. It cost me $30.00 to get there.It was supposed to be 7 miles to the motel and it was 14+. Then the restaurant was closed. Had to walk a mile to the Circle K to buy a hot dog and I was very hungry; it was cold. What was on the web-site grossly misrepresented this motel.

i loved the motel,but housekeeping couldn't seem to understand the concept of privacy(do not disturb sign there for somebody else i suppose)and i checked in early(paid motel as i could not figure out how to do so through you)this resulted in them charging my bank again for the 2 days i booked through you.i am still working on clearing this up.i do not appreciate having these funds tied up.

Met my needs
Friendly service, good location. I would stay here again, but was disappointed at the condition of the hallways and doors, as well as the bathroom. The hallways looked very worn and the door frames had scratches and some appeared dirty. It also smelled a little musty. The bathroons appeared to need an upgrade. Very dated. The rooms are large, and this was a plus.
