Enjoyable. Staff was extremely helpful! Restaurant staff gave us several suggestions regarding directions to Santa Fe and best times to travel to avoid heavy traffic. Very friendly, even the cleaning staff. A few updates would have made it more attractive. Large hotel on very small property. Driveways were tight in some areas however, the location to Old Town was very convenient.

A very nice stay.
I stayed for three days on business and found the staff to be excellent and very helpful. The room was very nice and the price was more that reasonable. I must complement the buffet breakfast - nice selection and comfortable dining area.

SERVICE WITH A SMILE
We went to White WaterBay Park and the Hotel provided us with discount tickets and Free Breakfast that included a full breakfast bar. The hotel was very clean, but it was the staff that impressed me the most. They were very accomodating and friendly!

great place in pinch
sleeped,and ate,we travel from ar,to hotel thru ok, to amarillo, tx and back tracked to the hotel to cut down on driving. more time. was not as good as branson.

Great Escape
We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in early. The staff was very nice and completely accomidating. Comfortable, quiet rooms. An amazing breakfast bar. Some minor cosmetic issues in the room and pool areas but still very nice. Felt like home away from home.

Weekend warriors
Loved it!!!!
My friend and I were on a girls out weekend, traveling from Topeka to Oklahoma City. We didn't know which area of the city to book our reservations in and took a chance on the Saddleback Inn. We are sooooo happy we did. The location was excellent for the things we wanted to do. The staff was great and the room was great. The hidden treasure of the Saddleback Inn is [...]. She works in Rustlers, which is the bar at the hotel. She made us feel like we were a part of her little family there. If you get the chance to meet her, tell her hi from the Topeka weekend warriors.
