OKC Convention 2012
Never Book Sight Unseen Again...
We felt cheated and left the next day of a five day reservation stay. The hotel was under construction renovations, the staff that greeted us informed us of our room and that was it. We had to ask after getting to the room about WiFi, Breakfast and near by restaurants to eat. A phone book wasn't even provided. We had to use our Smart Phones. The staff either wasn't sure about WiFi and didn't apologized for not having the breakfast available as advertised. The room had a stale order like wet carpet and smoke. Couldn't sleep at all. We ended up at the Magnuson Hotel just around the corner. After hearing our story they found us accommodations that suited our needs. Never Book Sight Unseen Again...

Traveling tired.
Not the greatest, not the worst.
Wanted a quick place to spend the night, on business, traveling. IT was ok, not great and not horrible. Service was good, hotel was over all clean, but my room smelt stale. It smelt like it had been smoked in over years of time. Even though it was all non smoking, including the balconies, the room had a used to be smoking smell. Room next door was rather loud, walls are thin. Room was over the pool, pool was loud. Walls were THIN. For 100 dollars, I suppose it was ok. Ill pay more and stay somewhere else next time.

The perfect place to take off from!
We loved that your location was close enough to all we wanted to do but surprisingly quiet for being centrally located. The rooms were roomy,clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was great! Fitness room perfect/well done. Thank you for making our stay in OKC Fun- Comfortable- and Relaxing!

i booked it through orbit with a round trip flight and hotel, but i had to check out 8 hours before my flight. that was the only downfall

Very nice for Last minute trip
We were only in OKC for short trip and booked VERY last minute online and had a late check in. That did cause a little hold up in getting checked in but really smooth and simple once discovering that. Front desk was great. They let us know what were good places to eat near by even at 10 pm. Even called when our pizza was delivered. Front desk was kind and made sure we knew who was next on shift by name if we needed anything. Room was terrific and clean and warm (nice thermostat) and didn't smell like other hotel rooms! Didn't have a fridge in the room was the only thing that we wished we had known. Near Freeway but didn't even hear it! So Convenient!

Crocker Barrell, 24 hour Ihop (good service for being really busy), Burger King all short drive.Pizza hut was a little slow in delivery but they do deliver to this hotel.
