Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Northwest

This hotel is old and not that great. The location is fairly good and seems to be in a good part of town. Layout in the room was very goofy, bathroom was weird and not convenient. Not somewhere I will go back to.

I have stayed at this same hotel before and had a good experience but this time was great! When we got to our room, my husband went to take a shower but there was no hot water and no water pressure. I went to the lobby and they were very polite about it. Because of the inconvenience, they gave us free breakfast the next day. They had the water fixed within 15 min. We stayed on the bottom floor so it was a little noisy at night but overall it was a great stay. The indoor pool was too cold for my kids to swim in. I had to leave early the next morning for an appointment and when I returned Nicole (front desk clerk) greeted me with a smile and called me by my last name. I thought that was very nice that she remembered who I was. Breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a great time in Ok City, hotel is close to the mall and lots of places to have a nice super with family. Staff was great but are bed on the second floor and lumpy, woke up with back pain. The bathroom shower curtain had black mold and they knew about it because someone tried to hide it.

We chose this hotel because we were in town to visit family. The staff was very nice and checked us in promptly. When we got to our room I was immediately somewhat disappointed with it. It was very drab and not well decorated. It seemed to have the bare essentials necessary to qualify for the star rating. The bathroom was small and the tub was in bad shape. Very out dated. The beds were firm so if your used to that it would be ok but I wasn't so I didn't sleep well. We paid extra for our room to have the breakfast Buffett included. It was ok the wait staff was very nice and accommodating. The food selection was minimal but it tasted good. Overall it worked for our stay but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel experience was okay, in fact very nice. The only issue i had was on the website while booking my trip [...] it said there was going to be FREE continental breakfsat. Then when my business partner and I got there the next morning we were expecting FREE breakfast but ending up having to pay $10.00 each for breakfast. It wasnt a big deal but having to pay for something that you thought would be FREE is unexpected. When we asked the front desk said we didnt have the appropriate code to get the free breakfast. So we had to pay, eventhough the there was no code specified when we booked our package.

Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful always service with a smile. Room was clean and hotel was well located for our pursuits.

Went to An Affair of the Heart craft show. Hotel was located perfectly for the travel to and from the fairgrounds. Big plus was the Penn Mall which was so close, we could have walked to it if we wanted to. Hotel was very clean, quiet, and like I said, perfectly situated for a great weekend getaway!

Reported problem with thermostat on first morning; wasn't fixed while I was there. Front desk staff indicated that maintenance hadn't even looked at the book of issues.

Easy access

We stayed here after a day at the zoo, about a 10 - 15 minute drive depending on traffic. We saw the Penn Square Mall on the way to the hotel and decided to do some shopping that evening. Great variety of stores at the mall and nearby areas. The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. We had a great breakfast [...] with a large variety of hot and cold items to choose from. There are no vending machines in the hotel, they have a small area at the front desk for drinks, snacks and other items, however a little pricey so bring snacks with you. Bricktown is about a 15 minute drive and there is a ton of things to do for everyone, Restaurants, bars, river boat rides, music, baseball and shopping.
