We stay here each time we come to OKC. The location is great, the rooms are quiet and clean, the staff is exceedingly friendly. The proximity to all things happening in Bricktown can't be beat, plus we are close to OCU.

Friendly staff....good customer service
The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast every morning and complimentary dinner two nights of my stay. The staff was very helpful in assistance and directions around the downtown area. The room was spacious and inviting.

Rooms were large and had comfortable furniture. Breakfast was good. However, the thermostat was not adjustable (so I was too hot to sleep well) and the air was incredibly dry. Also, a train came by every hour on the 15 minutes, which kept waking me up. Finally, the receptionist at the front desk gave me a map with incorrect directions to get me back to the airport for my flight this morning. Fortunately, when I didn't find the highway entrance on the route she suggested, I backtracked and found the correct way. She had pointed me in entirely the wrong direction! Fortunately, I had left more than enough time to get myself to the airport, but that was really unacceptable.

Great spot to stay
Great location in Bricktown, you can walk everywhere. Clean room, great breakfast buffet. Would definately recommend this hotel.
